The quantitative method was used to collect information about the number of tourists arriving in the city, since this technique uses numerical quantities that help us determine the sample. Based on this, a questionnaire will be conducted, which will be useful to prepare a tabulation that will indicate how many national and foreign tourists come to the municipality.

According to the information collected and analyzed, the majority of visitors to Ocosingo are of state and national origin, as well as the age of tourists visiting the municipality is 18 to 25 years, followed by the type of sex that visits this place is Female, most are professionals, visitors will be willing to stay for 3 days and 2 nights when buying the tourist package called Selvatour, this will be the name assigned to the package since most of the respondents chose this. The approximate cost of purchasing the package will be $ 3,000, which will include 3 days and 2 nights, transportation, lodging, food and recreational activities. The activities that will be carried out are: Camping, Cycling, Horseback Riding, Hike, Zip-Line and Theme Bath Visit.

Itinerary

Itineraries are planned with great care, although, for operational reasons, it may be necessary to change the order of activities on the itinerary, or the specified route, and although such cases may be rare, the itinerary should generally only be assumed as a guide basic.

Payment Policy

In the case of individual passengers, it requires that our services be fully canceled 15 days before the arrival of the passengers, unless different conditions are specified. In the case of groups, our payment policy requires that our services must be fully canceled 25 days before the arrival of the group together with the list of passengers, unless different conditions are specified.

Luggage

The accepted weight limit on domestic air flights and ground service is 20 kg. (44 lb.), free of extra payment.The passenger is responsible for their luggage and any claim for loss or theft will have to be made directly to the transport operator.

Cancellation, return & refund policy Individual passengers and group passengers

No refund or refund will be granted if the cancellation request is received up to or less than 19 days before the arrival date of the passengers. Certain services may be interrupted or may be canceled due to weather conditions, force majeure reasons, riots, etc., or others beyond the control of hotels, airlines, suppliers or the same agency. No return or refund will be granted as a result of these interruptions or cancellations beyond our control.
