In my capacity as a business school facilitator among others of higher education, I have come to the following conclusion about a learning session: how important it is for one of the parties to develop a favorable attitude to achieve the objectives of the session. This means that it has the necessary purpose and action in its performance.

When I say one of the parts, not necessarily of the two parts, it is because one must activate the other. If there is no one interested in this happening, any action will make the task difficult.

In an interpersonal relationship, a relationship of two or more people, it is vital that one of these shows an interest in others so that the relationship has a good perspective. If this did not happen I am very sure that nothing will prosper.

Ideally, the two sides put their best, this will help a lot in the work.

Do not forget the value of interest in others for a relationship to develop.

We assume that the one who teaches does so because what he teaches has been lived, experienced and validated. This is a basic condition that empowers him when teaching, makes him firm and makes him act with authority when doing his work.

We assume that the one who receives the teaching does it because they need the information, they have clear learning objectives and they know exactly what to achieve with it.

Unfortunately in a learning-teaching relationship, many times this basic condition does not exist, it is important to have an interest in one of the parts so that the achievements are present.

You hear people say that some teachers are boring and I ask them what the students do so that this does not happen. It seems that the responsibility is only the teacher, nothing more wrong because the responsibility is shared and do not forget that one of the parties must activate the other and so the relationship can improve.

If the situation arises where the teacher is boring, the student has to ask, has to demand from the teacher and can ask him to delve into the topic or enrich it with examples. If this does not happen, “complicity” will be the source of an unproductive learning session.

It is worth mentioning that both parties go to a session to win and under the modern concept of management, both must win others. The desire must be present in both, because only then will the session be beneficial. How important it is to be eager for everyone to win.

Students must come to a class session with an open mind, an open heart and an open notebook as they are basic conditions for efficient work.

The open mind to receive what is taught, process what is taught and say what is thought.

The heart is important to put passion, feeling and joy to what is done. The open notebook is very important to write down what is said, investigate what is written down and express what is written and concluded.

Teaching must create value, add value and to achieve it, must follow the following route: the one who applies or does what writes, learns and values ​​knowledge. If he values, he identifies himself with said knowledge and thus has authority over what he transmits and if he has authority, he becomes independent and acts with initiative.

This is the great problem in the students, they do not value because they do not do and here the great challenge for teachers is to make students do to value what they are taught.
