There is a contradiction between the objectives of individuals and that of organizations, where the latter are often in denial of the former, as organization means setting limits to the variety of individual behaviors, and therefore, to the satisfaction of objectives and needs.

Individual-Organization: Between the two a figure-background relationship is established. So when we ask about the effectiveness of the Organization, the subject disappears; and when the concern is focused on the health of individuals, the first one comes to the background.

The dynamic between the Instituted and the Instituter is described as the result of the struggle that is established by the assignation of meanings to the facts of everyday life.

To be a produced Subject, is to be a victim of power relations or to act on the needs that they impose in terms of a rationality that cannot be questioned and that is alien to the same subject. On the other hand, being a Producing Subject implies the possibility of promoting, moving forward, doing, modifying and being modified, of being a Subject and agent of social learning.

Even organizations with democratic mechanisms for appointing their authorities, such as Worker Cooperatives, manifest themselves autocratic in the daily life of their relationships. There is a gap between the Democratic Ideal that encourages society as a whole and what happens in the life of Organizations.

It is necessary to reflect on the meaning of this gap and its effects on the social structure and the internal world of the subjects.

As soon as a Subject enters an Organization, a role determined by it awaits him there.

The Subject enters with his personal, family and organizational history that conditions the modality of assumption of said role; because whenever a role is assigned, there is another to assume it.

I believe that only when those who lead the Organizations stop considering the Subjects as "belonging" to them, only when they can conceive them as context, do they really start to care about them.

Individuals are the body and soul of the Organization

The Organization has two main components: Management and Employees. However, the latter are the main component of any undertaking. The human factor must be considered as a determining element in the development of the Organization.

By way of closing: "No matter how much monetary capital an Organization has, if it does not invest in Human Capital, it will inevitably be overcome in the long term."
