Many times as workers we do not take importance of this and sometimes we know what we must do and what we do not however we do or stop doing it, each company has its policies, such as (not wearing a uniform or badge in an improper place or doing misuse of it), since our behavior, attitudes and skills depend on it.

When we talk about strategic planning it is when we specifically propose the goals to be achieved as well as we know that we must take risks, it cannot be left in the end that we can make mistakes but like knowing how to correct them have options if at any time the strategy is not concludes as arranged.
