a) That it has legal capacity to contract, and meets the technical and economic conditions to be obligated to provide the services object of this contract.

CLAUSES

"THE PROFESSIONAL" will make the total delivery of its services, in writing to "THE CONTRACTING PARTY", the latter reserving the right to claim for missing or poorly rendered services.
SEVENTH.- PROPERTY OF THE WORKS
"THE PROFESSIONAL" agrees that he may not disclose by means of publications, conferences, reports or any other form the data and results obtained from the works object of this contract, without the express written authorization of "THE CONTRACTING PARTY", since said data and results are the property of the latter.
EIGHTH.- LABOR RELATIONS
"THE PROFESSIONAL", as an employer and employer of the personnel that occupies for the work that is the subject of this contract, will be solely responsible for the obligations derived from the legal provisions and other regulations on labor and social security and is therefore convenient same, in answering all the claims that its workers present against or against "THE CONTRACTING PARTY", in relation to the works object of the contract.
NINTH.- TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF THE CONTRACT
"THE CONTRACTING PARTY" may temporarily suspend in whole or in part the work contracted at any time for justified reasons, without this implying its definitive termination, for which it will be necessary to make it known in writing to "THE PROFESSIONAL" with 5 calendar days prior to the start date of the suspension, and may continue to produce its effects, once the causes that motivated said suspension have disappeared, for which "THE CONTRACTING PARTY" will notify "THE PROFESSIONAL" of the resumption.
TENTH. For the interpretation and fulfillment of this contract as well as for everything that is not expressly stated in it, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the City of ___________________________________, renouncing the jurisdiction that may correspond to them due to their domicile. present, future or for any other reason.
