In the present work we will focus on the analyzes that have been carried out related to gender inequality in the granting of custody and custody of the minor. There must be gender equality in terms of the protection of the minor, taking into account, as a basis and appropriately, the psychological tests that really allow us to see who is qualified to take care of the minor.
It is necessary to train legal authorities in psychological matters. We must bear in mind that a minor is not mature enough to understand what is happening around him. Therefore, the laws must be based on a basis in psychology to be able to give correct verdicts that take into account the physical and emotional health of the minor and her legal security.

The custody and custody consists of the coexistence, care and assistance of minor children.
Many laws still protect the mother when conducting a guard and custody process. There are judges who rely on their own beliefs and customs when making decisions to resolve the trial. It is estimated that 90% of custody and custody lawsuits are resolved in favor of the mother, even when she is not the most suitable to take care of them. Both parents suffer, but it affects men more. Unfortunately, there are women who have passed from feminism to feminism and exercise violence against men, even if it is not physical, but psychological, by separating her from her children.
Girls, boys and adolescents have the right to live as a family, in an environment of care, love, understanding and free from violence, which allows them to develop fully and comprehensively. The links that are built between them and their mothers, fathers, guardians or other people responsible for their permanent care are essential for them to reach their full potential and grow in the best possible conditions that allow them to make their life projects come true.
Judges can order the practice of expert tests in the fields of Psychology, Medicine, Social Work, Toxicology or any other discipline that is useful in determining which of the parents offers the best environment for the protection, care and attention of girls., children and adolescents. The right of minors to live with their mother / father will have a priority consideration, even, over the interests of the parents, since the most important thing will be to guarantee their best interests.
Conclusions
We realize that custody is one of the most relevant topics for jurisprudence, since the family is a fundamental pillar for society. That is why it is a subject that must be studied in depth for those responsible for ensuring the integrity of a minor, such as parents who wish to obtain custody and custody so that they are aware of its scope.
That is why there must be a detailed legal legislation to give custody to the father or mother who is qualified to safeguard the integrity of the minor, that psychological tests are exhaustively applied in order for a judge to make the correct decision.
The Mexican judicial system favors women more than fathers. In our country, when a responsible father seeks the custody of his children, despite having the legal arguments before the court, he has to lose.
