It is necessary to recognize the capacities of others and fight for the collective benefit instead of creating a battle environment where the losers in the end will be all the parts that make up a team.

Therefore, it is convenient to determine in which aspects there is agreement (remembering that in a group the objectives are almost the same) and direct the efforts to achieve the goals set in advance.

However, like everything in life, there are obstacles that mean that good relationships do not always exist. One of them is the one that has to do with the lack of commitment and collaboration that someone may present at a certain moment.

There are also those people who brag because they have more education or more money but are really only hurting themselves. And all those people who only spend their time spreading gossip and inquiring in an inappropriate way in the lives of others could not be missing on this black list.

The important thing, therefore, is that there must be a high degree of commitment to the work being done, without forgetting to be tolerant, fair and disciplined so that in the future, you arrive at the work or study site and feel the atmosphere like that of a real family
