Personnel induction, what is it, types and stages

Induction consists of providing employees with basic information on the company's background and any other information they need to carry out their activities satisfactorily.

There are two types of induction:

  1. General induction - relevant to all or nearly all employees
  1. Specific induction: it is aimed especially at workers in certain positions or departments.

Induction programs
