Education and society are concepts of great importance that have a very significant link in our lives as human beings, through it our level of knowledge is built in a broader way, related to all the important aspects of life that we as human beings have, and we choose throughout our course of existence.

In this essay, the conceptualization of society and its form of relationship with the human being in an open space will be revealed, within them we can visualize many things that interfere with the conscious development of people and their relationship with the outside world.

Education has also become very important within society, so in this work we will define in depth the definition and its adaptation with humanity with the objective of increasing the educational heritage, which by the way is very important in the development of many towns and cities, in order to have greater growth, both cultural, social, political, cultural and educational.

The problems that arise in the school will also be made known, which is seen as a means that generates and imparts knowledge, through systematically planned schemes, manifesting the use of pedagogical models, and didactic resources, in the implementation of teachings that will help the teacher in his task of educator.

Finally, we will give a brief conclusion that will suggest a proposal for an improvement in educational institutions, responsible for learning, and from that to intervene through pedagogical procedures of great relevance and relevance in the adaptation and implementation of study plans and programs, in the educational act.

We are currently in a society that is changing day by day, within this we can find various social problems, but, before all this, it is necessary to define society. Society is a system or set of relationships that are established between individuals and groups, in order to constitute a certain type of community, structured in defined fields of action in which the processes of belonging, adaptation, participation, behavior, are regulated. authority, bureaucracy, conflict and others. "Society." Microsoft® Encarta® 2009. Microsoft Corporation, 2008.

In society there are cross-cutting aspects, within this are the political, social, cultural, economic and educational, all these elements are of vital importance, but as researchers we will place ourselves in the latter, which has been the panacea for all problems of education, always seeking the good of a changing society, thus directing them to achieve the objectives and goals that as people we propose and seek.

Therefore, it is important to experience the problems that affect our society, although we know our Mexican society is made up of a poor or inadequate educational system in its implementation and realization, which is taught by federal or state institutions serving as an emphasis on the execution of study plans and programs, within this we can refer to the curriculum. The Curriculum or Curriculum, in a broad sense, is a systematically organized teaching and learning course; in a restricted sense, sequencing of the subjects of study in the different grades and levels of education. Other definitions also include the study programs of teachers and students as the main actors involved. Usually the curriculum,It is especially the study and instruction programs previously prepared, having their implementation in educational settings, when we speak of these we refer to the different levels where these plans are carried out, although although we know there are many places where different types of education.

Education is situated in three parts; the formality that is in charge of imparting the centralized institutions, with a hierarchically structured order in a given time and space. The informal is that education that is received at home and in different spaces of interaction, and finally the non-formal one, being the one that is received in a flexible way, but always carrying an order and structured scheme, all with the purpose of providing teaching in Any space in life, flexible teaching is necessary in it.

Teaching or Education is the systematic presentation of facts, ideas, skills, and techniques to students. Despite the fact that human beings have survived and evolved as a species due to their capacity to transmit knowledge, teaching (understood as a profession) does not appear until relatively recent times.

Therefore, one of the main spaces where education is received is the school, being the ideal place where the basic and necessary knowledge is taught for the realization of the human being as a learner and active being, but for this an active school is needed made up of diligent actors in its process and execution, the purpose is to conceive learning as a process of individual and collective acquisition of knowledge, in accordance with the personal conditions of each student, in which the principle of active-learning intervenes, which It involves the practice of learning through observation, research, work and problem solving, in an environment of objects and practical actions.

The purpose of the didactic act is to set in motion the inner energies of the student, thus responding to their predispositions and interests, in an environment of respect, freedom and activity ', to achieve in the student a greater acquisition of learning, managing to strengthen life school of the human being, although although we know the world is conceived as a laboratory in which the child actively develops his own education.

We as human beings have the right to study and acquire new knowledge that can help us in our daily lives to solve problems. Therefore, accessing an educational institution allows us to acquire new knowledge that aims for children to learn and be social subjects. Managing in institutions is very important because society is transcendental and therefore it is essential to carry it out.

We understand by management a set of actions that are carried out to achieve a planned objective. In this sense, management encompasses the moment in which you plan what you want to do, the execution of what is planned, the process of control and evaluation of it.

In an educational center, its actors (managers, teachers, administrators, workers, parents and representatives, neighbors) act with different intentions, sometimes not explicit, but always framed in an educational purpose: that the students acquire the necessary knowledge and skills so that they can function in life; therefore, in some way, all these actors are responsible for managing these spaces for learning and coexistence. In the words of Fr. José María Vélaz sj

“It is pleasant to dream, because in dreams are the plans for the future. Educational centers should be a factory of beautiful projects, that if we do not dare to dream them lovingly, we will never take the first step to carry them out ”.

Making ourselves known that we as subjects must investigate and at the same time manage, attending to the problems that arise in said institution, so that an improvement is seen not only in structure but also in practice. Within practice is pedagogical management, having a very important role in terms of educational practice, understood as an impact strategy on the quality of teaching systems. At the same time, it includes the role played by the school as a whole and in its unitary, local-regional specificity to incorporate, promote and develop actions aimed at improving current educational practices. Every education system is based on a curricular project, thus being distributed in all school aspects of an educational institution where they are carried out.

For an institution it is important to innovate in all its aspects that is divided, within this is the educational practice, becoming the main element for the implementation of said knowledge, therefore, the pedagogical management aims that this innovation is achieved through adequate actions overcoming all obstacles that interfere in it, be it economic, political, cultural and social.

All innovation has different points of analysis which are necessary to know, in order to execute it efficiently in practice, these fundamental aspects are: The existing social economic structure, referring to the structure of the institution both in the context and the distribution of power (director, teacher, secretary, mayor, etc.) They are in charge of managing said improvements and innovations that will bring a benefit to the same institution, where pedagogical aspects that are necessary in their realization are carried out.

There are many organizational models, which are considered important for the good function of the institution regarding the educational act. Within it are:

  • The processes of interpersonal relationship: the social sectors involved; the sectors of the institutional organization; the differentiation and diversity of the interpersonal relationship process; the differentiation and diversity of the interpersonal relationship process within each sector of the organization and the prevailing values and interests in such interaction processes. Individual participation: Group practice; individualized work; the objects of competition; competition mechanisms; the conception of social and institutional processes, and the cultural connotation of the activity in the social and institutional context. The educator is trained in the process of producing knowledge and solutions to the problems posed by his own practice,it is formed in a conscious and reflective doing about its practice.

From these points we can carry out a good pedagogical management, said accomplishment is of great relevance in our school context to achieve a good educational innovation. Within an institution it is very important that management is in accordance with the curricular dimension so that the established objectives of the innovation are achieved.

Therefore, it is important to carry out the dynamics established within the framework, since if they are not fulfilled, they fail and the objectives are not achieved. So we understand that teachers, before entering the classroom, should reflect together with the educational community what is expected of them? What is the purpose of their mission? and therefore, have a global vision of the educational project that they must contribute to concretize in defined times and spaces.

To conclude, every institution to have good management and innovation, must take into account that every educational project is its own and that it must adapt it to the context to have an educational improvement and thus achieve the achievements and goals established in said plans or study programs reflected in the curriculum.

conclusion

To conclude, every society has to innovate in terms of educational practices, society is always in constant change and therefore must be at the forefront. Regarding their educational practices, the teacher must be competent to teach classes in the educational classroom and respond to the needs of the students.

As a proposal, it is necessary to strengthen the capacities of school institutions in the different dimensions: directive, administrative and pedagogical in such a way that the proposed objectives are achieved, responding to the needs that originate in the educational environment in a responsible and congruent way.

At the same time, it is necessary to promote a sense of responsibility in all the actors involved in the educational sector, achieving greater efficiency in the performance of pedagogical practices in the classroom, while promoting a critical and responsible attitude, aiming to achieve educational improvement in the classroom space.

Likewise, teachers should not settle for just teaching, if not, they should make children learn significantly so that they not only use it in daily life, but also be able to transmit it generation after generation. Therefore, this leads us to reflect that we are going through these experiences to rediscover ourselves as present beings and therefore to reflect on our daily practices so that in the future we can be a good teacher, leading the student on a good path.
