Education is a process that is assimilated to the sociocultural context and is a fact that occurs permanently due to the condition and will of human beings, it rises and transforms; Thus, education is a vital social presence that enables improvement, improvement and fulfillment.

In education it occurs in various facets, through the years, its trends and its ways of guiding the student are changing for better learning and knowledge.

Likewise, educational management plays a very important role to strengthen the country's education, it is developed through projects created by institutions, this will help to maintain institutional autonomy, within the framework of public policies, and that enriches the processes pedagogical in order to respond to local, regional and national educational needs.

Also, pedagogical models contribute to promoting the learning of students, teachers and society as a whole, since knowledge is interacted and transmitted that will serve them in their quality of life and in a work environment.

This work takes up the educational institution as a starting point for the human being to achieve success in his life, that is, the person who obtains an education will be able to overcome more easily in working life and thus contribute to the growth of our country.

MANAGEMENT IN THE EDUCATIONAL FIELD

Human beings are social creatures and not isolated animals. Man can hardly live in isolation, man does not have the guidelines and instincts to live in a hostile environment such as nature; their behavior is the result of learning and experience; including their language.

Human beings in the primitive age used communication to be able to transmit their knowledge, as a result of that education has been transforming human beings. We can define the term education as the training destined to develop the intellectual, moral and affective capacity of the people according to the culture and the norms of coexistence of the society to which they belong; Thus also the environment is a factor that intervenes in the educational process; education must be reorganized and rebuilt according to the demands of time.

According to Aristotle, the objective of education is to form good citizens, and promote education as a regime so that all young people have access to it and the state ensures their progress, educating young people must be public and in perfect condition, so that all participate in civic virtue.

Society is living a history where life is complicated in every way, the scarcity of jobs is increasing and job demands increase exorbitantly, that is why as thinking beings we must perform professionally to have a space in society and in the world; thus also the acts of individuals must refer to a situation that attributes to an established objective, with a finalist character, leaving behind irrationality.

To give our life a meaning, we take refuge in education (schools), where we learn the trade with greater interest, with strong professional convictions or with minimal precautions to ensure permanence in a job and thus have a decent life. Likewise, the child and the adolescent will acquire new knowledge, values, moral norms and at the same time they will enter a process of socialization, learning and integration in the dominant cultures.

At present, society has undergone social, economic, political changes, etc. This has happened, according to the demands that society demands, if it is educated with contents and forms that do not correspond to today's needs, then it could be taken as a society that is in crisis: but it would not be successful if it is guided only because of what is changing, for this reason, it is necessary to prepare students to face what is presented in the future.

However, in every educational institution there must be an order, guidelines that are enforced without any excuse. The word norm refers to any rule of behavior, which serves to regulate a social reality, thus achieving stability of the institution.

Educational institutions are spaces where individuals attend to learn, each one of them is governed by norms or rules so that there is an order and an established systemicity, the regulations adjust to the nature of the institutions and systems that operate in society.

This is necessary to create a commitment with students, teachers, parents and the school, in order to promote norms that regulate daily coexistence, establish links between the rights and responsibilities corresponding to each social actor, and thus determine the exercise and power of authority in schools with the participation of the agents involved in educational improvement.

Each social actor must assume positions for educational improvement as long as they do so with loyalty, love for their work and above all responsibility so that the change is true and is reflected in today's society.

Institutions and educational centers have a leading role in the social evolution of the human being; This leads to permanently raise and rethink its projection in everyday life, imagine new approaches, programs, projects and strategies that respond to the demands of the entire society.

Provide an education in and for diversity, develop criteria of equal opportunities for all human beings, create the conditions of freedom, respect, coexistence and solidarity are the pillars of the subject's formation and create inter-institutional support mechanisms.

Teachers must be accessible to any educational innovation, since it is a process through strategies to cause a change in current teaching practices. Innovation takes time, it takes place in stages, there will not be a change overnight, first the reality that exists in the classrooms, the attitudes and the professional culture of the teacher must be analyzed.

Improvements must be made by altering methods and interventions in the teaching-learning processes, therefore, “it is associated with change and has an explicit or hidden, ideological, cognitive, ethical and affective component. Because innovation appeals to the subjectivity of the subject and the development of their individuality, as well as the theory-practical relationships inherent to the educational act. " (PASCUAL, 1988: 86).

The management is oriented to various areas such as social, cultural, political, economic and educational. In the educational aspect, it is the one that promotes changes in the educational system, in turn, it is the source of innumerable mechanisms for the transformation of educational processes aimed at improvement.

In this way, the aim is to achieve high standards that allow visualizing the achievements obtained in the school, not only in a local context, but also worldwide, but this success will depend on the objectives that each institution has, the needs detected, desired changes, new actions, the implementation of necessary changes and the way in which these actions are carried out.

Therefore, in order to achieve effective educational management, it is necessary to confront administrative structures and open paths, thus facilitating development paths, for a true educational change.

For this to be achieved, it is necessary that in schools, there is an improvement process in which everyone participates, that is, directors, teachers, students, parents, supervisors and support personnel; which leads to consolidate and create different ways of doing, which allow to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, equity, relevance and relevance of educational action.

Education reforms are the main focus of policy, therefore coherence with practice cannot be ensured. That is why it caused a tension between the actors involved, both from the system and from the school itself.

The problems that may arise is in the first instance the adaptation of the normative, in this case the reform, adapting to the context in which the student is, with the materials that are there, adapting, what has to be taught to what that actually exists in that institution. By this I mean the lack of material, inadequate infrastructure, also the culture, that this place is owned, which makes learning difficult.

Faced with these problems during the educational process, we cannot say that there is a quality in education, because it does not have everything necessary, in terms of material and infrastructure.

This educational reform is oriented towards an ideal of education, which in the face of what happened, or what is being experienced, is very difficult to achieve, because it is not giving favorable results in said institutions; but on the contrary, that is to say, they are increasingly facing educational problems in all aspects.

On the other hand Francisco Imbernón (1996: 64) affirms that: “Educational innovation is the attitude and the process of investigation of new ideas, proposals and contributions, carried out collectively, for the solution of problematic situations of practice, which it will entail a change in the contexts and institutional practice of education ”.

These favorable changes will depend without place on the study plans that are being carried out at that time; therefore the effectiveness of these changes will depend on how long this new study plan lasts and how adaptable it is to the context in which the teacher and the student find themselves.

This change will also depend on how interested people are in making it; It not only depends on the teacher, who is the one who will impart the knowledge but also on all the personnel who work in said institution, to better carry out the training and updating processes that are presented.

All these transformations are necessary to achieve a better teaching in education, but it is also important that these changes are permanent, that is, that they be followed up in order to improve over the years.

CONCLUSION

Education is training aimed at developing the intellectual, moral and affective capacity of people so that they can perform efficiently and effectively in the development of the human community. Its purpose is for the subject to grow, that is, to be able to be a person of quality and above all competent according to the social demands that arise.

Therefore, education today has had various processes and changes, due to the new educational reforms that are implemented today, this is a requirement on the part of our society, seeking to train new students, who are critical, analytical and reflective so that in the process of transformation of our country there are prepared people and educational quality, carrying out the required learning according to the context and the reality that is being lived.

We are currently in a process of transformation, in order for teachers to implement curricular, normative and structural changes based on the new educational programs; so that it is reflected in the people of tomorrow, that more efficient and therefore competitive people can be formed for the environment in which they operate.

That is why it is important that all people are interested in improving day by day, and adapting to the educational demands that are presented to us, in order to be better prepared for the position assigned to us.
