We often think that access to books should be something natural from the moment that one has certain abilities such as reading, that we have a certain school grade; However, the practice of reading can be impossible or risky mainly when it conflicts with customs, with the values of the group and the place where we live.

We as readers have to frequently transgress various taboos. The first taboo is that when reading one indulges in an activity whose usefulness is not well defined since, due to the fact of being a solitary pleasure, it is believed that while one reads one withdraws from the group, withdraws, is distracted, that is, separated; Another type of taboo is that mastery of the language and access to printed texts have been the privilege of those who held power.

Learning to read is often an exercise that serves to indicate fear, which subdues the body and spirit, which encourages the person to stay where they are, and not move. Readers are travelers, they circulate over other lands as they enter the imaginary world that reading transports them, but there are also viewers who do reading; silent, transgressive, ironic, or poetic activity. The reader is not, therefore, passive, he carries out productive work, which allows him to modify his way of thinking, his lifestyle and to transmit his knowledge to the rest of the world.

Reading can make us a little more apt to enunciate our own words, our own text, become more authors of our own life. Because this allows the reader, sometimes to decipher his own experience, sometimes gives us the support of a definition of an order, in form, the writer breaks the stereotypes, dusts the language and expels the clichés. The practice of reading can be impossible, or risky, particularly when it presupposes coming into conflict with the customs, with the values of the group, of the place where one lives.

From reading we understand that reading is not an obligation and that the fact of not reading does not make you an inhuman and insensitive person, it tells us that reading humanizes man but there are always exceptions. He also refers to the fact that one should not put labels when meeting a person and say that because he does not read he is ignorant or gross, he quotes us that reading should not be made a moral obligation.

At the beginning of the reading process, we have the right not to finish reading a book due to factors such as: the feeling that we have already read it, if we do not fully like the plot of the story or an absence of enthusiasm when reading it. However, we must not let the idea of surrender take hold of us.

People have the right to skip the pages of books, but they risk that others venture to read it in full and discover new things that they do not know, in the same way it is not entirely correct to read short versions or summaries of long and altered books since most take away relevant information.

There are ancient and modern readers, where moderns call for a kind of absolute relativism, that everything consists simply of a matter of inherited tastes; and the ancients mourn with long faces the loss of letters.

Handling written language allows increasing the prestige of those who do it and their authority in front of their peers. However, you can never be sure of dominating your readers, even when powers of all kinds are applied to controlling access to texts.

Indeed, readers appropriate the texts, make them mean other things, change the meaning of the words, interpret in their own way, sliding their desire between the lines; it is never possible to really control the way a text will be read, understood and interpreted. From these words written by others, images and words come to him and he makes his own film, that is, the reader is allowed to read; deciphering their own experience, this is how we understand that it is the text that "reads" to the reader, it is the text that knows a lot about it.

Another aspect of reading is that it frequently evokes a privileged guide to access a more relaxed use of the language, where human beings have a very ambivalent relationship with movement, novelty, freedom, the thought of Critical judgment, which can be, on the one hand, the object of a strong desire, but also of certain fears tailored to this desire, this is how we find that fear of the book, however the practice of reading can be risky when seeing wrapped in endless new knowledge of which it seems to us an unknown but fascinating world.

Reading at all ages leads to a privileged path because it opens minds, to create one's own criteria of things and life, it is very important to encourage it because we live in a very difficult time of restlessness. In Mexico there is a lot of violence, therefore, it is important to instill in children the love of reading from an early age and motivate them every day, because books will free them from the roughness that surrounds us.

conclusion

Reading is not an act of immediate communication, it is finally something that we share; this is a long-delayed and rabidly selective gesture. Reading is a request in principle for adolescent ears; among those who do not read, and the cleverest will know how to learn to speak like us: They will stand out in the inflationary art of the cemetery.

In time to read, as the time to speak lengthens the time to live, reading has nothing to do with social time; it is like love a way of being, it can be understood that books are often written but they depend on one if they read it, our knowledge, our schooling, our career, our social life are one thing, our privacy as a reader our culture are another thing.

Throughout learning, students are often forced to read and it is no longer done for pleasure or conviction, it talks about the teacher in the classroom and the results obtained in the examination of the forms.

It cannot be done by an external order, reading, loving or dreaming requires the will of the person doing it, reading if you motivate yourself is a true experience.

Reading is our right, only by enjoying it will the knowledge, experiences, emotions and many other things that a book keep in its pages come to life.

We have the right not to read it, skip pages and reading is an act of freedom and not an obligation or commitment to anyone, there are elements and ideas to promote a taste for reading among students, taking into account some recommendations to strengthen their habits readers. When reading a book, an absolute feeling awakens since the reader becomes a slave because they feel that literature is alive.
