Motivation as a basic learning resource

Anonim

As an educator motivated by successful teaching and learning work, I am interested in knowing more appropriate resources every day to maximize work in the classroom. One of these resources is motivation, which according to my theory is the basic resource of this process.

I am going to make a brief description of the basic aspects that we must all know in order to develop it in a better way.

The facts state that we are diagnostic experts and bad at action. We are all daily witnesses of what is happening in our environment, we all know the problems that exist, however we do little or nothing to satisfy it. We are mere spectators of reality and its accomplices in fact.

Let's develop our work optimizing the two moments and that it is not all in knowing what the other wants, let's do what is necessary to make them feel very good.

We must overcome the resistances that prevent us from acting: lack of commitment, not having help, not having resources, fear, personal interests, among others.

Finally, I refer to some basic rules that will help us improve this process.

- We learn easier, if what we intend to learn responds to our interests, needs or aspirations.

- Learning is simplified if what we learn is based on what we already know or is related to our experiences and concerns.

- Learning is better if in the act of learning we use more than one sense: sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch.

- Learning is more real when there is immediate application of what has been learned.

- All learning is more effective if it is done from the easy or elementary to the difficult or advanced.

- Learning is favored with the game of ideas and perception of objects and phenomena from different points of view. Criticism and reflection must be promoted.

- Self-confidence and belief in one's own efforts positively influence learning.
