There have always been changes; But for thirty years, changes have been taking place with more speed and time, impacting our societies and economies faster.
The good news is that these are good times, times to grow, times to improve, times to overcome our own limits. It is time to make firm decisions, it is time to take action, it is time to follow the path that leads us to where we really want to go.
It is expected that he will write something pertinent to this time full of expectations, illusions, hopes, dreams, and reflection. I thought, what can I add to what has already been said? What can I say differently from what others say?
It behooves me to write to so many subscribers who follow us every week.

We want to have fun with the people we love.
We wish we could say that it was worth the effort. We wish we could say that those hours dedicated to the company with such dedication, facing such diverse problems and making risky and difficult decisions, were worth it. We wish we could look at the coming year with the clarity of a crystalline fountain.
We know what we want: we want to build a solid, profitable, profitable company with a life of its own. But we know that, once the year begins, we will struggle with the same situation as the year that has just ended:
How do I balance the time I spend with my business with the time I spend with my family and the true riches of life?
As this year, that will continue to be a challenge for next year and for years to come. How to achieve that balance that we want so much and that we want so much?

I want to tell you that you are on the right track. You just have to know the proven path and follow it. Success is not a goal, it is a path, each day and each week brings its own desire and its own rewards.
