Some concepts:
Gross Investment:
Total investment before amortizations.
Minimum Initial Investment:
It is the minimum amount that an investor must make to join a fund and become a participant in it.
Minimum Successive Investment:
It is the minimum amount that a participant can invest in a fund after joining it.
Net Investment:
Gross investment at which amortizations are discounted.
Investment Companies:
Financial institutions dedicated exclusively to the collective management of the investments of their shareholders, whether in securities or real estate.
Institutional Investors:
They are the banks, financial companies, insurance companies, national reinsurance entities and fund managers authorized by law. The entities indicated by the Superintendence of Securities and Insurance also have this character, by means of a general rule, provided that the following copulative conditions are met.
