The simulation of a graphic and simple Manufacturing System applied in the assembly of nuts and bolts where we apply the basic tools of Lean Manufacturing to be able to understand in a practical way the Kanban system, “Heijunka” leveling box, how the safety inventory is determined, 5S's, and the principles of a “Visual Factory”, we carry out the Value Chain Mapping of our “Value Stream Mapping” process.
