Introduction

This essay has the purpose of explaining the subject of types of purchases that are made in each company, but specifically I will focus on a type which will be advance purchases, explaining the fundamental concepts that expand the information that you want to expose, establishing a relationship with the pessimistic theory and the behavior of the subject taking reference to the unfavorable attitudes and behaviors of pessimism that people form and build in a negative way when making this type of purchases, whether personal or from an organization.

It will also serve to clarify your relationship to the topic to be discussed; to determine if they somehow resume that negativity due to a lack of values, or because they adopt a similar behavior of observing things; this will serve to analyze and obtain a final conclusion of the topic.

Definition:

Purchases: it is the action and effect of buying.

Pessimism: (from the Latin pessimum, "the worst"), it is a state of mind, trait or most marked symptom of the disease known as depression.

Behavior: actions that a subject develops in the face of the stimuli it receives and the links it establishes with its environment.

Values: these are principles that allow us to guide our behavior based on realizing ourselves as people.

Types of purchases:

  • Special Purchases: they take place when it is necessary to acquire fixed assets (computer, machinery, furniture, vehicles), no materials are bought to transform or items for sale Advance Purchases: these purchases are made before the need arises, which will take place medium or long term. Seasonal Purchases: their purpose is to meet the seasonal demand for certain items. Routine Purchases: they are purchases in small quantities, with daily merchandise delivery. Opportunity Purchases: takes place when we find the opportunity to buy at prices of " bargain ”, the investment involves a risk. Urgent Purchases: these purchases are not usually of large volume and are generally made to cover urgent needs.

Advance purchases

They are those that can be planned to be carried out through a program, these are usually of great importance on a personal basis as well as in organizations.

They are also usually a strategy for basic items or with some types of merchandise, just as we can anticipate purchases when they announce that a product will increase in price.

It should be noted that the act of buying is one of the oldest of humanity, when in the stone age it occurred to them to exchange one thing with another (or better known as barter), which is why purchases and sales are born; is how the organizations were forged

According to the theory of the pessimist and the behavior of the subject, there are moments or stages today in which people go through a state of discouragement in such a way that it becomes a habit, we can relate this to the issue of advance purchases that Obviously people buy with some anticipation, it usually happens that after this activity comes a negativity about why I spend on that product if it is not yet season or if it would not be useful, taking into account that it was an unnecessary expense.

It is important to point out that the pessimistic negative behavior that the man takes reflects it in not being able to fulfill his objectives or goals that he has in order.

What marks Schopenhauer is that man, no matter how much he sometimes seeks to be happy, sometimes he seeks that pleasure in making purchases thinking that with this he will be able to remove that type of negative and unfavorable behavior that does not lead to anything good in his person such as in your organization in which it is developed. And even if he cannot satisfy himself to be happy.

These behaviors are based on experiences that people go through and are too strong and cannot overcome them. That is when they start to act pessimistic and distrustful in life.

There are many people who make advance purchases according to how they can feel emotionally, many buy happily although later they may regret it and through that feeling comes a pessimism about what the expense was or keep the products retained without using them. Other people buy ahead of time and unconsciously.

Buying is an important human behavior, not only do you buy in advance if you do not buy in various situations that arise in your life daily, it usually does not matter what state of mind is present since buying is usually already a necessity.

Johann Goethe who expresses “the worst misfortune that can happen to a man is to think badly of himself” and Bernard Shaw's “Man's interest in the world is only a reflection of his interests”.

Bernard wanted to say that each man sees his own interests, regardless of the interests of others, that is to say, that when he makes his purchases, he only does it thinking about his satisfaction.

Man is the only being who has the power to do what he has to do, such as activities and privileges, consciousness leads him to seek, transform, choose and decide what is significant for him, as well as seeking the best options of purchases that you have to do either referring to the topic of purchases in advance that you make.

And well, the purchases in advance have a great relationship with the behavior and pessimism that man has today.

That is why it is necessary to look for options on how to get rid of those negative attitudes and behaviors in order to be people with optimism and totally favorable actions for each one and for each organization.

Demonstrating pessimistic behaviors in buying things is not so favorable since they tend to result in us making unnecessary purchases, this may not be so good if we speak personally but do not rule out purchases made by companies knowing that they are talking about more expensive investments.

The negative attitudes that pessimism creates in people, demotivation and mistrust, such as what they talk about, what to do, what to decide, what to buy, etc. That they are not optimistic at all, and they do not struggle to look for them either.

It is as if they are closing in an abyss that they themselves create and only usually say that it is due to the bad luck that falls on them.
