The purpose of this work is to provide the reader with some alternatives that can solve the problem that occurs in a company, presenting in each alternative what are its advantages and disadvantages in order to make it easier to choose a reliable alternative.
Problem Statement
The poultry company Fortachón located in Trinidad Sánchez, Municipality of Carrillo Puerto, Veracruz, is dedicated to raising broiler chicken for periods of two months, at the end of which it is brought to the market for sale.
However, this company has registered declines in chicken production due to falls in the electrical system, resulting in low food consumption, water shortages; since for that it is necessary to use the pump to extract it from the well that the company has, deaths from drowning; since the fans stop working.
That is why the poultry company is concerned because if it continues to maintain low production, the future of the company will be quite uncertain, causing staff losses or failing to close it.
Once the problem has been analyzed, a table is presented with possible alternatives that could provide a solution to the problem presented above.
