The following material is intended to publicize the basic principles of administration, I will give a brief introduction to administration in general, because it is so necessary, I will speak of the principles of administration from the point of view of Javier Burgos, of the principles of administration from Henri Fayol's point of view; I will make a comparison, and finally I will give a conclusion.

1. Introduction to Administration

Being human is social by nature, which implies living organized. This in turn requires dividing social functions in an orderly manner, so that some members produce food, others dress, others give service. Since man formed the tribe, he required group administration to survive and increasingly meet his growing needs, making administration one of the oldest, most interesting and beautiful activities and jobs.

Necessity is the mother of administration, since in order to satisfy it it is necessary to work towards specific purposes of group work. We can say that the administration has been formed as they have been, which today implies continuous professional preparation; In this field of human activity all the other professions come together for its improvement; besides that all the other fields use it more and more as a tool.

Wilburg Jiménez Castro defines administration as a science made up of principles, techniques and practices, whose application to human groups allows the establishment of rational systems of cooperative effort, through which common purposes can be achieved that individually cannot be achieved in social organizations..

For his part, Fremont E. Kast says that the administration is the coordination of men and material resources to achieve organizational objectives, which is achieved through four elements:

2. Principles of administration from Henri Fayol's point of view

Henri Fayol was a French administration theorist whose theories of administration and work organization were widely influential in the early 1900s. He was a mining engineer who worked for the French mining company Commentry-Fourchambault-Decazeville, first as an engineer; he was later promoted to general management and then as director of administration from 1888 to 1918. During his tenure as managing director he wrote the various articles in the "Administration" and in 1916 the bulletin of the Societé de I 'Industrie Minérale, printed its "administration, Industrielle et Générale - Prévoyance, organization, direction, coordination, control".
