The year is almost over and we take time to think in many directions in our lives. They have gone through these months moments of laughter and joy, others of reflection, some of sadness and others more difficult of losses and closure of cycles.
Without a doubt these moments of truth that we have lived, leave a history in each one of us and for better or for worse, they will be part of our life and will help us to further temper our character towards the future.
And depending on our mental state and our vision in life, for some the damage count will be extensive, for others there is no failure, so there will be no such damage count, but a large list of great learning events that It will allow us to be much better in life and consequently, these events give us the possibility to refocus on what is truly important to our lives. Our purpose.
I am particularly from this second group, not because I have not had difficult times throughout the year or in my life, but because I understood at some point, that it is not by hooking on the past how I can get ahead, but learning from each experience that life It has put me in front of myself, since this is how I will have the possibility of staying awake and in full movement and permanent change and therefore with better possibilities of success in the future.
The future may not see it, but I am willing to do something for him here and now, and therefore each breath I intend to live it to the fullest, enjoy it fully and share it in what it represents of wisdom with others.
I have decided to continue offering the best of myself to all those that I have the obligation to serve (clients, friends, family, Facebook friends and all those who are in my environment), but also to all those who, although they are not related to me, they deserve a service, a word of encouragement, company no matter the distances.
I do it convinced that this is my purpose, I do it because this is how I keep my breath in life, I do it because this is what makes me breathe every day, I do it because I seek to grow and evolve, involving others also in their growth.

In our personal life as in the business world, the important thing is to have dreams, because it is these that keep us clearly focused on reaching the highest level of exposure of our gifts and talents.

But the important thing is to have those dreams, because they function as a powerful fuel to travel through this life with the firm conviction that we will arrive as winners at the end of our daily journey.
The vision then becomes POWERFUL when we involve those around us in it, when we announce it and run daily towards it, showing by example that this is the only thing worthwhile. Engaging others is the guarantee of having a real team around you and after doing this the following is preparing yourself correctly to run in the direction you are planning to achieve.

I am one of those who think that the future comes as you will think it will. I know from reliable sources the information regarding what is happening in the world from the point of view of economy, business activity, and what is happening in the markets. I also know what is happening in society around the world in relation to the loss of values that undoubtedly directly or indirectly affect our actions and our daily motivation to run after our purposes.
But the world is not in the hands of others, but in the hands of those who inhabit it. So in our work or in our families, the results will be determined by our thoughts and actions in the end.
I like to go free in my growth process, I learned to manage my life and at some point I determined that the only driver of this vehicle is me. So it is time to break free from fear and go after what we have built in our minds as part of our purposes in life.
In your company, achieving the largest market share does not depend on anyone else except for your performance in service to your customers, right? If this is so, why don't you decide to give your best? In terms of product and its quality, in terms of delivery, in terms of service, in terms of price, in terms of perceived utility. This is how the highest value perceived by them is reached and consequently the highest satisfaction!
In personal terms it is exactly the same, get used to giving the best for your family and you will have the best children, give yourself the best and you will become that man or woman you have always dreamed of being. Make up your mind to be happy.
