Today I had a conversation with a Facebook friend, she is an excellent professional, and recently graduated from the University, and like all of us who have been through that same situation, there are fears and fears that sometimes do not let us move forward, the which weaken our Emotional Attitude and prevent us from seeing the opportunities that we have around us, and this fear is the usual one when we are looking for a job and we see in the web portals designed to look for employment a large number of vacancies in many sectors of the market, but the vast majority are designed to tell you " You are very young and not part of the group that has the experience"Well, for some reason, my friend believes that I am part of the group that" Has the Experience "and this automatically generated in my mind a reflection on the main advantages that young recently graduated professionals have and how they can contribute to the growth, productivity and competitiveness in today's organizations, so I began to expose the 8 advantages that she has compared to the group of those who "have the experience", these are:
1. Companies see newly graduated professionals the possibility of directing them to the needs of the business model and market in which they participate.
2. Youth is synonymous with rebellion, but well focused is a strength that generates competitiveness.
3. The positivism that characterizes young people allows that the fear of those who " Have the Experience " does not exist, because they do not have much to lose, they are starting and ready for anything.
4. Young people are willing to learn from each of their mistakes, like those of the group that “Have the Experience”, but they assimilate it more quickly and easily, and this is a fundamental part of their professional growth and that adds value to the deal.
5. Attitude is the fundamental basis of Success, and the vast majority of young people have that, everything is a plan, everything is fun, everything is a challenge, everything is to be better.
6. The energy that young people have allows them to adapt quickly to changes, thanks to the fact that not all the classic paradigms affect them, they are innovation and if they are allowed, they will improve things.
7. Although money is important, for young people it is not as important as for those who "have the experience", young people seek growth, knowledge, new opportunities to be better, and it is a matter of professional ego and goals accomplished.
8. Those who “Have the Experience” are not willing to abide by all the growth guidelines of the market, young people, for example, could travel to where the company sends them, they do not have ties that stop them, adapting easily, and how I said in point 5, your Attitude is strength and any objective will be a new challenge.
So if you are one of those who is not part of the group of those who "have the experience", focus on your qualities, advantages, characteristics of your rebellious and enterprising attitude, while you are clear about your strengths, that is the only important thing, because if not, you will become one more excuse in your life for not achieving success and finding your advantages in the positive and not in the negative.
If you are still not clear and you do not find those advantages in you as a young professional, you will discover yourself in the future when you have become one of those people who are part of the group of those who "have the experience", and you will say:
1. I can't get a job because I'm old.
2. I am not hired because I am highly trained and cannot pay me less than my professional profile reflects.
3. Companies prefer to hire three young graduates than an old man who is part of the group of those who "have the experience".
4. There is a job opportunity in the Netherlands, but I cannot travel and leave my children and wife alone.
And so, there will always be excuses to be depressed and sad, to stay in an existential void that only you are creating, it depends on you how you see things and also if you allow yourself to be affected by your pressure environment, do not keep looking, find, and If you have not succeeded, perhaps you are doing it in the wrong places.
Concentrate on who you are and always keep a positive energy, your thoughts and words have a lot of power, channel those energies to be a positive living being and to create your own level-playing successful universe.
It's not just about waiting for God to listen to you, because without a doubt he does, he listens to you, me, and everyone in the world, but you must listen more to yourself, and strengthen the power of your mind with phrases that become orders in your life…
And yes, I am not the guru of positivism, and sometimes it is hard to stay firm and positive, of course I know, we are not stony and we have feelings and as the word of God says, “The hope that is delayed is torment of the heart; but a tree of life is the wish fulfilled. ” Proverbs 13-12, but it is only up to you to reap that tree of life, only you have the power to take refuge in the shade of a large and leafy tree that not only covers you, but your family and yours.
Concentrate not on the negative, concentrate on what is best for you, also, there is still time for you, for many there is not; How I have said it before and I hold it now: " Being patient is a skill that hurts in the heart when faith begins to fail ", do not falter, do not let your Faith be broken, it depends on you, nobody else, and I created firmly that success will come soon in your life, decide to be happy and successful, but not in your moment, not in the moment of your family, not in the moment of others, but in the moment that God has arranged for you, Of course, only you have the power to get closer to that moment or to move away from it.
Think of yourself as your profile photo on FaceBook, the photo captures the moment, but it is up to you to keep it…
