Finally, an evaluation must be carried out to determine what and how things are being carried out and it must be improved; this in order to create feedback that allows work to always be done well and less and less to fail.

As a final conclusion, we can say that growing within a company, helped by it, will always be a great motivation to be better every day. And feel a higher commitment for that company that cares about our needs and helps us fulfill our dreams.
