Abstract

This work is approved by a critical and reflective look to the municipality 112 of Chiapas, Mexico, San Juan Cancuc, where his custom and training traditions have been a watershed for social development.

Development

Talking about the subject of sociology implies analyzing our biological, historical roots and mainly the relationship with other individuals directly and indirectly that coexist in a geographical space and time.

The present work is approached in a critical and analytical way to the 112 municipality of the state of Chiapas, Mexico, San Juan Cancuc, located in the northeast of the state, it is a 'relatively new' municipality since it was constitutionally recognized in 1989 as governor of the state Patricinio Gonzales Garrido, and the then president of the republic Lic. Carlos Salinas de Gortari where he goes for the first time and declares him free and autonomous since before he was part of the public administration of the municipality of Ocosingo that territorially occupied a large part from the state of Chiapas.

Since school life is nothing more than the germ of social life, just as social life is only the continuation and flowering of the former, it is impossible not to find the main procedures by which the other works. It is natural to suppose, then, that sociology, the science of social institutions, helps us to understand what they are or to conjecture what pedagogical institutions should be. (Durkheim, 1975: 113)

Socially speaking of this municipality 112, it is worth mentioning that it is part of the multiculturalism of our country, a municipality full of deeply rooted cultures and traditions, where its traditions have been a watershed in its development, one hundred percent of its inhabitants speak Mayan language "Tzeltal" and another important point is the use of regional costumes where 100 percent of adult women and 95 percent of younger women use it in an ordinary way, in males it is rare to see the regional costume used, mainly used by the elderly, and at some point people who want to identify themselves at a public event since with this colorful costume they identify it throughout the world, now,What else is so special about this 'magic town' socially speaking? Speaking of Public Administration, the electricity supply company is never present, the inhabitants pay a minimum amount for this service regardless of consumption, the municipality does not have a Public Ministry recognized by the state, the laws are made internally, the Justice is applied in a blunt way and without any discussion, where the political constitution is of little importance or at its own convenience in an irregular way and human rights have no opinion, there is no fire department, specialty hospitals to be able to attend to more of 35 thousand inhabitants of the region.the electricity supplier company is never present, the inhabitants pay a minimum amount for this service regardless of consumption, the municipality does not have a public ministry recognized by the state, the laws are made internally, justice is applied in a categorically and without discussion, where the political constitution is of little importance or at its own convenience in an irregular way and human rights have no opinion, there is no fire department, specialty hospitals to serve more than 35 thousand inhabitants of the region.the electricity supplier company is never present, the inhabitants pay a minimum amount for this service regardless of consumption, the municipality does not have a public ministry recognized by the state, the laws are made internally, justice is applied in a categorically and without discussion, where the political constitution is of little importance or at its own convenience in an irregular way and human rights have no opinion, there is no fire department, specialty hospitals to serve more than 35 thousand inhabitants of the region.Where the political constitution is of little importance or at its own convenience in an irregular way and human rights have no opinion, there is no fire department, specialty hospitals to serve more than 35,000 inhabitants of the region.Where the political constitution is of little importance or at its own convenience in an irregular way and human rights have no opinion, there is no fire department, specialty hospitals to serve more than 35,000 inhabitants of the region.

Socio-economic development is in the hands of the locals and government social supports, who with crumbs have maintained a society that has entered a state of worrying economic comfort, where problems are solved by the government, where everything the year they benefit from productive projects that in the vast majority end in bankruptcy after three months of operation due to lack of administrative training and mainly the low value of effort, the phrase “it hurts everything that is achieved with sweat does not apply here from the forehead ”. Economic development is limited to people who are not native to the municipality, where the "CAXLANES" word Tzeltal meaning "mestizo" have no option to carry out any commercial action, or buy any property with the municipality, although with this it could increase the economic activity of the place and as a consequence detonate significant social development.

The social theme leads to a main theme for the development of any community, education, where students and parents see education as a round business, where school = scholarship = government social supports = comfortable economy, all of which in question financial but much less to visualize in having a university career or being constantly employed in a well-established company, of course, this is speaking generally where there are also its exceptions and mainly entering a globalized world.

The municipality of San Juan Cancuc, has a basic educational level (pre-school, primary and secondary) and with Institutions of Upper Middle Education, with a College of Scientific Studies of the Chiapas State, CECyTECH campus 05, where I have the fortune to live the academic process of the municipality teaching classes to local students, to speak of the CECyTECH is to speak to the maximum Academic Degree that a young person in the municipality can aspire to, where the students study their high school and at the same time obtain a career in Professional Technique that opens the doors to be able to be employed in some industry or company, or in some of the cases also opens the opportunity to continue with their academic preparation or aspire to a university career, the academic social problem of this level is worrying, where young people leave high school with serious problems in reading comprehension and basic math skills, which have been dragging since primary school, where communication is one hundred percent in Tzeltal, and by the end of high school, 90 percent of graduates are rooted by the municipality and the comfort environment that the government provides, all this as a consequence that the municipality prevails the lack of understanding and interpretation of text due to the fact that the students have a 100% indigenous indigenous language and that the Most of its inhabitants, their mother tongue is "Ttzeltal".and upon finishing high school, 90 percent of the graduates are rooted by the municipality and the comfort environment that the government provides them, all this as a consequence of the fact that the municipality prevails the lack of understanding and interpretation of text because the students They have a 100% indigenous indigenous language and, that the majority of its inhabitants, their mother tongue is “Ttzeltal”.and upon finishing high school, 90 percent of the graduates are rooted by the municipality and the comfort environment that the government provides them, all this as a consequence of the fact that the municipality prevails the lack of understanding and interpretation of text because the students They have a 100% indigenous indigenous language and, that the majority of its inhabitants, their mother tongue is “Ttzeltal”.

Students are carriers of that social culture that “invades” the school environment, (Tenti Emilio, 2010), which implies that it is reflected in the learning level of the students and affects their academic performance for the future, due to the lack of their ability to compete at other levels of a sociocultural nature. In this sense, there are certain weaknesses in Spanish speech, this prevents the process of assimilation of knowledge and does not allow them to develop their intellectual capacity, hence the lack of control over didactic planning and the use of verbs and objectives to develop, it does not make sense when it is not applied and when difficulties arise they cannot be solved and discrepancies are found in the cognitive process of the student.

It is important to maintain our roots, culturally speaking, but it is well known that the globalized world has brought about the collapse of the customs and traditions of peoples from all over the world, disappearing with it the language, traditions, clothing, food, technology, etc.. But this municipality has clung to change, to the globalization that requires understanding and understanding, at least it is Castilian that has become a headache and with little interest from them.
