Entering any of these branches of study, it will be inevitable that we find various tools, techniques, methodologies, among others, that will serve to enter the mind of an individual, or that of several when working with various groups, and how All the tools of the different areas of the study, there will always be some that fit better than others, always depending on who uses them.
There is a tool in this vast world that is psychology called Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which is based on various techniques of excellence, whose main objective is for an individual or group of individuals to achieve both personal excellence. as a professional, as well as other aspects of their lives that will help them become better people.
It should be noted that Neurolinguistic Programming is not only used for people who dedicate themselves entirely to health-related topics, but that any individual, regardless of the field they are in, can make use of this tool, in order to enhance their skills both work and personal, you can also understand other patterns of behavior that are beneficial to your health and make you more proactive. When speaking of NLP in this way, it is not meant that the rest of the tools are not useful or are not used, but that this particular technique, which many specialists point out as art through practice, wants to use all that agglomerate of positive methodologies, and exploit them.

Origin of Neurolinguistic Programming.
Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) came to light thanks to a joint project by a group of brilliant minds, which consisted of John Grinder (linguistics guru) and Richard Bandler (mathematics guru and Gestalt therapist) and a team of students, which was made up of Robert Dilts, Judith DeLozier, Leslie Cameron and David Gordon; its main objective was to identify, analyze and study different explicit models of human excellence.
They were able to generate this model as a result of the analysis of the operating patterns of three of the best therapists of those years: Virginia Satir, who is identified as the number one family therapist of recent times, Fritz Perls, who is the one who created the Gestalt therapy that it helps people to reach their maximum development, and finally, there was Dr. Milton H. Erickson, who is the main guru on contemporary hypnosis. These geniuses of current therapy had certain patterns in common that allowed them to stand out in a very particular way compared to the rest of their peers.
John Grinder and Richard Bandler managed to adjust these shared patterns and began to offer them as their own learning model.
In their first text, which was jointly written by Grinder and Bandler, which was titled as the structure of magic (1975), he focused on pointing out such verbal and behavioral patterns of the therapists mentioned above.
Fritz Perls.
He was the creator of Gestalt therapy, and founder of the Lake Cowichan Gestalt Institute.

Rapport or rapport.
The rapport is the main characteristic that we must keep in mind for all the communication and change process carried out in NLP.
It is a concept that comes from clinical hypnosis, which is used to designate the harmonious and intense relationship that arises from the hypnotizing individual and the one who receives hypnosis, where both will go at the same rate. But in a more superficial way, rapport means the solidary relationship or rapport that is instituted between two individuals.
It is understood that in order to get the information that the individual with whom we are going to work will give us, we must be in the "same channel" with him, for which reason it will be of vital importance to forge a pleasant and solid rapport. In order for our listener to feel in a comfort zone, accepted, listened to and understood, we must adjust to him in the shortest possible time, and with that goal we will cordially and with all kinds of his movements, his rhythm to breathe, the gestures he makes, try to match his tone of voice, the speed at which he speaks, his posture, among others, with great insight and that he never feels that we are offending him or trying to make fun of us.
