Teaching aptitude in the implementation and completion of university career plans

In addition to any pedagogical action that a teacher must have, it is very important and essential that teachers transcend the improvement of all knowledge acquisition of the subjects they teach, also considering that the role of the teacher must go beyond practical and theoretical hours that the Assignment and Transfer of Academic Credits system assigns to each study plan and program.

According to the Royal Spanish Academy (2012), it is understood that Aptitude is the ability to operate competently in a certain activity. Quality that makes an object suitable, suitable or accommodated for a certain purpose. Sufficiency or suitability to obtain and exercise a job or position. To observe the teacher's aptitude, the degree or level of knowledge of the area is undoubtedly involved (Del Valle, 2005).

All teachers must be able to carry out and carry out their work with ease, occurrence, autonomy, intuition, confidence, imagination according to each of the tasks or activities to be carried out, aptitude is a skill with a great motivating force that depends on a personal discipline for its full development.

Alvarez Reyes (2008) mentions a list of skills, abilities, and reasoning linked to aptitude; specifically, some are cited: (a) intellectual skills, (b) operational skills, (c) organizational skills, (d) strategic skills, (e) inductive skills, (f) deductive skills, (g) capacity for synthesis, (h) observation capacity, (i) perception capacity, (j) analytical capacity, (k) numerical reasoning, (l) spatial reasoning, (m) abstract reasoning and (n) physical-mechanical reasoning.

Every teacher must take into account their own capacities, abilities and competences considered as aptitudes, which all human beings have by nature and although all these aptitudes are linked, we must understand the functionality of each one of them.

The study plan is a structural outline of the contents of each subject, the areas, the times it should take from the beginning to the end of each of the subjects, the standards that establish a series of criteria, qualities or characteristics of a product., process, system, person or service.

The study plan is the main instrument of the teacher, this allows him to know the dimension and competences to be developed for the students, providing him with intellectual abilities, a set of mental operations that have the objective of favoring the assimilation of information through the senses, in a knowledge structure that makes sense to the individual.

The study programs incorporate current, pertinent and timely conceptual, procedural and attitudinal content, so that the didactic task is enriched and synergistic results are achieved, that is, where the whole is more than the sum of its parts.

In the Superior Technological Institute of Cintalapa the Computer Engineering career is offered, whose main objective is to train competent professionals in the design, development, implementation and administration of computer services and project management with a systemic, technological and strategic vision, offering innovative and comprehensive solutions to organizations, according to global, current and emerging needs, committed to their environment, performing with an ethical, entrepreneurial and leadership attitude.

Currently the Teachers; Full-time teacher and subject teacher, have a profile focused on the Computer Science career, who are highly trained in the content of the different subjects offered, thus achieving a greater academic contribution towards the daily activities to be carried out by of the students.

The computer science teacher looks at the beginning and end of the study plan and program for each subject, so that the student applies the knowledge acquired throughout his training to scientific and technological projects in the solution of the various problems that exist in the area of computing with an interdisciplinary approach.

In addition, with the help of the teacher, students must know how to manage the various information technologies, to structure strategic projects, taking into account the role of the teacher in formulating, managing and evaluating the development of computer projects carried out by students..

Finally, the teachers of this institute seek to achieve a level of competence, with an innovative, creative and entrepreneurial spirit, to generate new opportunities and develop projects applying information technologies for the students of the Computer Engineering degree.
