Because representatives of scientific administration such as Taylor, Gantt would never have come to full knowledge of his theory if it had not been for empiricism since, based on the experience and perception they had in their previous offices, they came to develop scientific administration since they realized what were the mistakes that were already made if they could improve them by implementing scientific methods and achieve greater industrial efficiency, which I show that everything comes from empiricism that as I have already said before is the basis of all economy and wealth of humanity.
