This letter's main purpose is stated as an example, the meaning of social responsibility and the role to be played by the teacher to new technologies, such as constant changes necessary to revise the role of the professional teaching in social responsibility, taking into account the ethical, moral and psychological aspects involved. This article should help make a habit of metacognition routine problems within the social, political, cultural and economic of our country. The development of a country depends on its economic development.

Social Responsibility and the Role of the Teacher in New Technologies

There is much talk in recent times of "social responsibility" as an ethical dimension that every organization, institution or human being must carry out, the word responsibility refers to the actions of the human being, in a broader sense to psychological maturity with meaning moral and social, where man is open to his environment and to society as a whole, based on ensuring that actions produce a positive impact and in turn the protection of human rights. Therefore, social responsibility is the burden, commitment or obligation that the members of a society have to generate great social changes.

Let us specify then, that today the driving force behind social, economic and cultural changes is undoubtedly the information age, so the rise of telecommunications has produced a transformation in technologies and communication, definitely affecting all sectors of the economy and society.

The problem then arises that frequently in companies, governmental and non-governmental, there is no true reflection regarding the dimension of the knowledge age, also called the information society, which comes to replace the two socioeconomic models such as they are agrarian society and industrial society. That is why it must be understood that the progress in the information age has its great effect, they have brought really surprising changes, being able to say that the internet was a truly revolutionary element for the 20th century, and continues to set the standards in this century..

Of course, this phenomenon leads to the fact that the internet today can be said to be essential in any home, company, educational institution, most of society, uses the computer daily to search for all kinds of information.

From the point of view of supporting social responsibility, the expansion of computer networks has made possible the universalization of exchanges and relationships, since communication reaches user sectors in geographical spaces and spaces that are distant from each other, facilitating political, military, economic, social and other information.

The information age has contributed to us having an education without borders, it is a new social model, where the exchange of ideas, messages, products, among others prevails.

This being the case, it is clear that social responsibility represents a voluntary commitment based on ethical principles, it is here where the role of the teacher plays an important role, who must assume a voluntary commitment, not imposed, not forced, that It is reflected in day-to-day decisions, as a philosophy of life that permeates all actions, it depends on these factors whether or not decisions will be valid, the teacher with a high sense of what social responsibility means worries that his people and their environment improve.

In this sense, it is understood that the teacher, because of his condition as a social subject, can participate in countless activities, hence the important thing to think about whether people are well, societies too, therefore, the teacher's task must be focused on ensuring that people learn more every day. Social responsibility should not only be used from the universities, in particular it must start from the school and the family, it is there where the values and principles that will be practiced for the rest of life begin.

As has been stated in previous paragraphs, the attitude of the teacher has a great responsibility in the face of new challenges, he must be prepared to be able to respond to students that the use of technology, the internet, and the use of the web is to build knowledge, that really contributes to personal and professional development and of course to the development of a nation, to teach that the sites or pages visited are the ideal ones, that they generate reliability and credibility, here the teacher must truly become an online tutor, planning Endless activities that keep students busy and keep them away from misusing this useful, but also dangerous tool if it is not used properly.

Based on all that has been explained, it is appropriate to mention that the new information technologies are a key to the social responsibility that we all have as citizens of this world, however, it must be borne in mind that it is only an instrument and very powerful, in addition to be a very powerful element for the continuous development of any user, its use being a key factor for survival.

The most serious limitation that can be achieved in social responsibility is that the information age does not reach all corners of our planet, because you can have the greatest disposition to help everyone to be well, but if you do not have the necessary tools, everything would become more difficult to apply, you can sow seeds… but as it was done in past centuries.

Another limitation of social responsibility is that it can create controversy because its values go in the opposite direction to individualism, which is why it suggests that citizens should be able to ensure their private interests, that of third parties and another of equal importance as is the interest of the government.

Likewise, it should be ensured that there is a general plan of how important social responsibility is in Venezuela and worldwide, which allows measuring the actions of the individual.

As for educational centers, they must ensure that the campus management establishes as a priority how important social responsibility is for all members of the institution and the community in general, taking into account that schools, which are the task from the community center.

It should be considered that the world is increasingly changing, so it is up to the education sector and especially the teacher to innovate, it is there where values and social responsibility must be disseminated, since social and economic transformation must be in way of emotional connection with society and provide humanistic models seeing them from a new management paradigm.

Therefore, the mediation of the teacher before social responsibility, must be seen beyond the ethical, it is a word that encompasses many elements of daily work when we refer to the teaching role, so the conceptualization of this term is necessary, which can be expressed as the formula to resolve conflicts for their most successful solution, starting from this idea or conceptualization, mediation is the most subtle way to guide students along the path of good or evil, for this reason the teacher who This under this role, must be compulsorily prepared and have a deeply rooted sense of ethics and morals, so that its application and given orientation is under the parameters of reason and justice.

Therefore, teacher training houses of study must incorporate in their study plan, chairs that allow to specify the profile of the teacher as a socializing entity, aimed mainly at developing ethics, morals and good customs, so that they can teach yourself the importance of social responsibility.

Social responsibility must be seen as an added value, taking into account that it represents a management model for the benefit of a community, therefore, this implies being competitive from the global point of view, that is, not only the provision of a service determines what competent.

The world is increasingly changing, so it is up to the education sector and especially the teacher to innovate, it is there where values and social responsibility can be disseminated, hence the social and economic transformation must be on the way to connection emotional relationship with society and provide humanistic models seeing them from a new management paradigm.

Conclusions

The teacher's profile and social responsibility are individual actions, which must be framed in an ideology of values within the culture of a society, only in this way, can the magnitude and scope of these concepts discussed here be truly internalized.

There are many ideas in relation to this topic, however we cannot help but suggest that the development of a country depends on its economic development, which in my opinion is very far from the social and political reality that this implies.

In this sense, the teacher must regain the spaces that he has lost.
