The consulting company submits them to a Psychotechnical test of mathematical, geometric and general culture aptitude, then some finalists go to an interview with a Psychologist to expand the information on their “resume” and, like an espresso machine, they obtain the famous shortlist of LEADERS with all the additional skills to present it to the company.

All of this is understandable when companies try to camouflage their way of "hunting talent" with the euphemism "at least five years of experience in the sector…", what they really require is that the executive who is working in the competition come with "their client portfolio ”under the arm.
