The Marketing Plan represents a pillar that intertwines the operation of the entire company since it can be planned, with enough guarantee of success, based on the responses we offer to market demands, for which we must be able to understand in what measure and in what way the changes experienced by the environment affect the company and establish the most appropriate strategies to make the most of them for its benefit.
Without a marketing plan we will never know how we have achieved the results and therefore we will be exposed to the upheavals of the market. This work aims to provide entrepreneurs with the necessary tools to make an effective marketing plan.
