If something has characterized me and is part of my philosophy of life, it is to see the positive in people, things or situations before the negative.

However, in order to just contribute and change to advance towards progress, it is necessary to understand and accept the problems, mistakes and weaknesses of oneself and of one's environment.

And I mean this time to society. An Italian priest recently launched a beautiful book on education, the apostle was kind enough to invite me to this event, which I thanked and accepted without hesitation.

The night I arrived at the event hall of the Technical University of Manabí, in Ecuador, it not only helped me to get to know a wonderful work and share with people of great value in the world of letters and training, but it was there in where you hear the words that serve as the basis for this writing. The religion you profess or the philosophy you want to follow is your decision and no one else's; However, if it is sad for me to see young people who change churches, it is sadder to see that people are changing God for no God. Thats the reality. Seeing people with enormous talent, with extraordinary physical and mental capacity, but without any sense of life. Living life without knowing why.

I have come across work teams from big name companies, which in the middle of a training day are puzzled to understand that they have not known what they work for or why they do it.

Common objective- I asked the sellers of a textile company in a conference, who tells me what is the common objective of this company?

The answers were many, but when you asked the general manager, the objective he was looking for as captain of the ship was very different from that of his crew. Most salespeople were aiming to make money, buy a car, or get a promotion! But none of them spoke of profitability, improvement of the quality of the service or expansion. His objective was very different from that of the company. His goal was only money.

But the most disconcerting thing is that these salespeople were entirely people of a very good professional level, with a great capacity to convince, so their sales presentations were impressive but in addition to just selling, they did not see any more horizon in life.

Imagine the salesman who goes out in the morning with his briefcase loaded with samples, an order book, perfectly presented and ready to take on the world that day because he wants to, but when he gets to the corner of his house, he realizes that he doesn't he knows where to go, he doesn't have a destination, he doesn't know who to visit or where he is.

All his arsenal and ability were lost in good intentions. I didn't have a plan.

He only got up to earn and has not succeeded for the future, he is the typical salesperson who lives on commissions forever but does not grow on the evolutionary scale or contribute to business growth.

That is the good news. Now comes the bad news, we don't know where we are…. We don't know where we are going… we are lost… "

In the same way it happens to us when despite having prepared ourselves to win, having started the engine with the attitude of a winner, we do not have a success plan. A clear goal to achieve.

A success plan that in addition to telling you where you want to go and where you want to go, allows you to change or redefine your habits, your attitude to your habits if they are wrong or insufficient.

We must be clear that the results we obtain are the prize of our way of living, if what you are achieving is having high levels of sugar and they are already predicting diabetes, your habits and behavior at mealtime have been just that, excess sugar.

Your result is the consequence of your behavior, if you are tremendously overweight and you are already on the margins of obesity, it will surely be because you eat too much fat or too much.

Your result is a consequence of your behavior; If your plan for success is to be a great rock singer who wins prizes and money,

and you are achieving it, surely it is because your behavior and your habits are based on it, you sing daily for six hours to train your voice, you study music, you exercise from five in the morning to seven, you eat healthy, you take care of yourself the body with natural products, you do not waste time because what you have left is to rest, in short, your result of singing better every day and being more famous and being closer to your goal of being number one in rock, is consequence of your behavior, your success plan is to become a rock star, your behavior is taking you there.

In an interview they asked Shakira, now a mega pop star, if she liked sweets, and she answered to the surprise of the journalist, "I love chocolates and I eat them all the time, I'm a fan of them", the journalist off camera he says, "and how do you manage to have that spectacular body if you eat chocolates all the time?" Shakira replied smiling as always, "don't you see, I train dancing eight hours a day, every day of the year." With this in addition to keeping her body in shape, she manages to be the star that she is. Her plan for success isn't just to go out and sing, it's to be a mega star.

Luciano Pavaroti was asked by a curious man how he did to sing so wonderfully well, to which the tenor answered ironically, “singing every day”. His plan for success is not to sing, it is to be a cultural icon.

But, there is another point to take into account, the world is full of people who have worked for years, for many hours a day, retired but did not reach their happiness! To achieve excellent results and reach your success you must do what you like it, with extraordinary effort and paying the price of your success! This is putting in your sacrifice quota to achieve your success. Several people ask me curiously if the fact of being away from my family does not affect me since my work makes me travel continuously, and I always answer that yes, that it is very hard and very sad to have to have my family away even in days specials like their birthdays, note delivery days or even Christmas; that is the sacrifice quota that my family and I are giving to our success plan; however day by day,And as we get closer to that goal, we gradually spend more time together and are putting together our next plan for success once we reach our current one. That is life, a permanent search for success.
