This is how the organizational psychologist tries to learn more about human behavior, but the essence of the scientific method is simply that the psychologist carefully observes, listens, measures and records everything with objectivity, precision and impartiality.

I believe that the importance of organizational psychology is necessary since it consists in that it has allowed us to understand human phenomena within the organization in their relationships with the rest of the organizational system. Therefore, the studies of this scientific branch must be done under the framework of the systems approach. Thus, in order to integrate the same Psychology of organizations in a systemic perspective, our interest is oriented to describe their relationships, roles, inputs, products, beneficiaries and ways of evaluating their effectiveness.

Organizational psychology has a direct impact on computing, since in this career it is essential to work together with other people through support teams. And as mentioned before, this branch of psychology has a main objective which is to study how individuals develop within any type of organization in work teams and to find a way for them to carry out their work more efficiently and be more productive for the same organization in which they work, studying the behavior of individuals.

Organizational Psychology was developed from the movement of human relations in organizations puts more interest in the employee than Industrial Psychology; which is concerned with understanding behavior and strengthening the well-being of employees in their workplace.
