Nowadays people have become very complicated in making decisions, it is more difficult as a supplier to achieve the expectations that the customer wants because it is not enough that the food is good, what they are looking for is to have an experience through good or service. Over time, new ways have been created to attract the customer, one of them is BTL advertising, which is a form of non-mass communication that is specified in a single segment and that requires a lot of creativity and innovation to be able to create it. Most restaurants have innovated through this advertising, in order to attract new market segments. In Mexico we have not managed to exploit this type of advertising, we believe that by developing it they will achieve not only more clients, but also a great impact and they will remember them forever.

Restaurants can rely on this advertising to develop, but if you still don't have a business, one way to introduce it and achieve the success you want is by opening an unconventional restaurant. These restaurants are those that do not offer you excellent food, if they do not give you the best experience when eating it. Here are the best examples:

1. Dans Le Nior: Hotel located in Paris, where in addition to excellent food the service is given to you when all the lights go out, guiding you only with the senses of smell and taste. You live a blind experience, giving you the best food and being attended by the most trained blind staff.

3. Wagon Bleu: Restaurant made in a luxury train car, where the person serves you excellently. The experience of being on a train is magical and fun, for all those who have never been able to get on one it is sensational.

4. Modern Toilet: Restaurant in Taipei, where all the decoration, tables, chairs and plates are made of toilets or bathtubs, even the food is shaped as it would come out after eating it. The food is not the best, but eating in a giant bathroom is totally different.

In some cases, a large investment is not necessary for your business, with only creativity and innovation you will be able to create a different restaurant that will create the best experiences for all your customers. If you want something more luxurious, do not go for the simplest, make a difference, there are many luxurious restaurants that give you a new experience, none.

Even through existing restaurants, you can base yourself to create similar or better ones. So it is your decision, if you are about to start a business, do not go for the usual, innovate and you will see that your success will be even greater.
