Observed data from the work environment surveys, the following measures can be adopted:

But there is a third way that establishes the design of a people management system with some new processes to improve certain deficiencies in the climate, regardless of the training that must be given to managers to use said system and insisting that they understand its importance.

The establishment of a system of this type implies the possession of three conditions:

  • That each attendee be given a 360º evaluation of their management styles and the climate it generates in their team. That after the initial program, concrete action plans are established for each participant, with objectives and deadlines. That they succeed in carrying out the program (for six months) several coaching sessions, and that there is a final evaluation of styles and climate similar to the initial one.

The conclusions of the application of such a method imply:

  • A managerial development program can have a positive impact on the total climate indicator of approximately 20 percent of the total gap between current climate and desired climate. Development of people management systems and processes is convenient to accompany development executive.
