On September 11, 2013, the much-announced educational reform was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, from that publication the previous problems were easily forgotten. Thus began the polarization of a teaching profession accustomed to multiple benefits, which their work offered them almost effortlessly. I am not trying to demerit anyone's praxis, but we should ask ourselves in how many jobs are granted as many benefits as in the teaching profession? It is imperative to understand that this noble profession should be governed by a vocation and not by economic convenience, in recent years the teachers comply with an established program and sit down to wait for the holidays, while the vast majority of the parents showed their according to the intellectual capacity of your children,and by intellect I mean only the grades posted on the report cards, not the ability to reason, read and argue. Nowadays, some teachers say, it is forbidden to make a child from primary or secondary school go back to a grade, all are suitable for the next year because a six on the report card is enough. This is the parameter by which the effort of teachers is measured, not of students. Let us try to understand the reason for the reforms taking the aforementioned as a point of reference. This is the basis of the educational reform and the key words are: same opportunities and active participation of those involved in educational processes. With this reform, the federal government induces parents to be more interested in the education of their children but in an integral way, not only by helping them to leave breakfast or going to sign ballots, also by demanding concrete results and real progress from schools the learners. The unfortunate part is that if we did a quick survey with the parents of any school at the preschool, primary and secondary levels, more than sixty percent would agree that their children are fine with the current education, this, more out of laziness than for knowledge or research.

As we have read, the reform offers guarantees to get out of the educational stagnation in which we are today. We certainly do not have the promise of reaching the Finnish educational model within five years but,It would be advisable to stop criticism and vituperation among those of us who are parents and teachers.
