This work aims to clarify fundamental aspects of the formation of the athlete's personality, taking into account the role of the educational teaching process where the NICT. they play a fundamental role as a teaching tool within the learning process.

Well-implemented ICTs are an excellent medium in this process, this requires from us, as trainers, adequate and constant attention to the application of methods, procedures and the use of teaching aids, following the track of innovations in the pedagogical process as architects of the educational environment. of the individual as an athlete and as a social being.

Introduction.

The Athlete Training process as part of the educational teaching process, is based on learning to learn, learning to act and do, learning to undertake, in this case to undertake an athlete training job where the educational teaching process, physical activity, the environment, society and the family play a fundamental role in the formation of the personality of this athlete.

The current development of new technology and its impact on the athlete's training process as a means and / or tools leads to structural changes in said process and encourages the development of Scientific Knowledge, skills and Physical Abilities of the Athlete that Contribute to Training of personality.

Objective:

Comment on how the educational process influences the formation of the athlete's personality and establish how the NICTs contribute to the formation of the athlete's personality.

Marti phrase: To educate is to deposit in each man all the human work that has preceded him, it is to make each man a summary of the living world, until the day he lives is to put it at the level of his time, it is to prepare man for life.

Development:

The current educational is oriented through the teaching-learning process, to transmit the fundamental knowledge accumulated by humanity, to form skills, habits and values so that the individual can adequately face the solution of the problems that life will pose, and modeling the capabilities and behavior of man for their active and effective insertion in society and harmonious coexistence with their peers, so this teaching-learning process plays an essential role in the formation of this athlete creating essential patterns of the manifestation of the athlete's personality: so we can define personality in the first instance as the manifestation of feeling patterns, thoughts linked to the athlete's behavior and manifestation in the surrounding environment.

Our work begins with a diagnosis with the athlete based on evaluating the sports psychological attitudes of the athlete that will adapt to the area of participation in this case to the UCI, (sport) and continues with a planning and promotion of the intervention to be carried out, Continuously with the evaluation or control of the work carried out, these functions can be completed with others related to education, training and research, all this based on the following educational models:

- Focused on content (instructive and educational).

- Focused on the affective (feelings, values, behavior and social).

- Focused on the process, in this case integrating process as the final result of the athlete we want to train

Sports training must have an educational teaching level that promotes better assimilation of sports techniques as well as a good development in their professional world and with high psychological development in affective aspects with a high degree of formation of positive values, according to the society that formed it, with deep feelings, that generate a social behavior of this athlete with a personality exemplary to the system and the social environment where it develops.

Once this evaluation has been carried out, which must have the pertinent methodological rigor, a planning of the alternatives and possibilities of intervention or work more appropriate to each situation and particular case must be carried out, this implies a complex process, but at the same time crucial, as it is carried out with the aim of optimizing our athlete training process. Said process implies:

  • The determination of the objectives that we intend to achieve. The establishment of alternative possibilities of action. The choice and practical proposal of the plan or work program. The choice and use of the most appropriate techniques and procedures. The establishment of partial evaluation and control systems to carry out the appropriate adjustments and modifications in each case or situation, so this planning is flexible. The Final evaluation to verify the achievement of the proposed objectives.

In this planning, the need for coordination with the rest of the pedagogical group, educational teacher, sports technician and administrative manager who work with the athlete in the UCI must be taken into account. So that in an interdisciplinary way the maximum effectiveness of the work can be obtained. The programming of all this work of education leads to the constitution of solid patterns based on the development of the defined personality of the athlete in the UCI, where new technologies play a fundamental role.

The ICT in the process of education and educational teaching process contribute to strengthening a culture of collaborative exchange and academic work through electronic networks and ensure that these can serve as a vehicle to define the athlete's own cultural values in the educational process and in function of the formation of the personality, generating structural changes in this process.

That intensify the development of scientific knowledge, skills and physical abilities of the athlete.

Achievements:

All this methodological structure of education and the educational teaching process as well as the formation of the athlete's personality in the UCI where we use ICT as tools allows us to train an athlete with active and massive participation in the training process, increasing the protagonism of the athlete as a social being in the construction and formation of their ethical and moral convictions and values, which influence their integral formation and the solidification of their personality.

The ICT:

- It offers the athlete the possibility of learning by himself and gives him the possibility to apply the knowledge and skills they acquire in other contexts. Providing greater possibility for development, increasing the scientific level in any branch of science and technology.

- Provides the athlete with forms of activity and collective communication that favor the individual development of the athlete as a social being, achieving an adequate interaction of the individual with the collective.

- Facilitates the physical technical and tactical preparation of the athlete where they can rectify their own mistakes.

- Promotes communication and the exchange of ideas between athletes.

- All these attributes that are part of the education and training of the athlete in order to create a relevant personality in the social system that develops with its characteristics of printed medium, written words, audio visual medium with image, animation and sound are combined to provide something different, attractive, friendly, relevant and interactive.

This level of independence of the student also carries risks within the athlete's training process and therefore affects the development of the ethical and moral values of the personality.

Some mistakes.

- Manipulation of sports information.

- If there is no good orientation, the preparation can be falsified, with false preconceptions of ethical and moral values. Therefore, the role of the master coach, direction and all the related system must be aimed at carrying out correct orientation and communication.

There are sites on the Internet dedicated only to the athlete's call to leave the society that forms and educates them, theft of talents through propaganda in the media. However, we can argue that ICT within the education system as part of the educational teaching process contribute to the formation of personality.

Conclusions

We have tried to briefly describe some aspects that show that well-implemented ICTs constitute an excellent means in this process, this is a brief review of an emerging and dynamic field that requires from us, as trainers, adequate and constant attention to keep track of innovations. For us it is a provocative challenge, this is a way of assessing the role of the pedagogue as architect of the environment of the training process of the individual as an athlete and as a social being, this opportunity is a responsibility that we must assume, the NICT. They help us to do more things, reach more people, interact with athletes and trainers and embark on a more perfect path.
