What is working under pressure? I searched the Internet and it offered me a first definition:

This is confusing, "facts with response" and decidedly "not work under pressure" is just the definition of resilience. And it is one thing to bear the pressure and another thing to respond to that pressure.

So I decided to provide an answer from my points of view.

I was interested in the subject, and I noticed that most of the ads that managers or supervisors seek, require as a condition of the position "experience in work under pressure" among other attributes of super men such as full time dedication, do not eat, do not sleep, used to mole life.

People who do not want to do anything, a mass of incompetent people where the only way to work is Egyptian style.

A dilemmas of lack of pressure or excessive pressure, always suggest a conflict.

The conflict is usually not only labor or union. It has cost most of the world's organizations a life to use a working method, and when they learn it they have to withdraw, or market conditions have changed or human resources have died due to being too acidic an environment and toxic.

Whether by mistake or by truth, working under pressure involves a delicate need, which can become a way of working that sooner or later kills the worker and decisively the company.

Pressure is used as a way of working:

Question: Why do you waste so much time on technical considerations about football or baseball teams? There the vision changes in this regard.

Why don't they rule out the players or the coach in the same way that they rule out the managers, supervisors, or workers?

Why it takes a lot to disarm a team!

And it takes a lot more to get one to appear!

Because we know for a fact that if we find the return, the team begins to win, win and win. And here we have multiple benefits for everyone.

Organizations, companies, families, finally people work in the same way.

I wondered then if there really is a conflictive society, a conflicting market and / or a model that has been installed, in the paradigms or style of labor and social leadership.

Why do we hold the same model, which has not worked and makes things worse?

It is true that there is a growing tendency to conflict. A very appropriate definition is:

There are entrepreneurs who tell me: with teamwork, with Donald Duck or with Francisco, that things are bad, they will never change, why should I change then?

There are people who justify the unjustifiable. What do you want me to say? That things are easy? But why not improve? Why not progress? Why not go in search of more and better instead of the same or worse?
