Why do you get up every Monday morning? ¿Do you question some time?
I know many / as who have left their job to find a new one. Also, I know others who have found themselves without work and are looking for new opportunities.
These are such special moments in our lives that we begin to reflect on the meaning we give to what we do, and even to what we are. In these moments we can hear a deep call that comes from the inside out. It is the expression of our essence, our core.
Our inner call calls us to awaken our gifts and talents and put them at the service of something greater, our purpose.
Purpose is our deepest dimension that exists in each of us where we have an intuitive sense of who we are, where we come from and where we are going.
The purpose is not a thing, it is a continuous and not static activity, they are questions that we ask ourselves over and over again. A process to listen and shape our life.
Following a deep call in our life means that something (a goal, a project, an ideal, an idea) attracts us enough to move us to action, and it is so important that focusing on this something directs our activities and brings meaning to our life.
Living life full of meaning is like living the deepest questions in life. We feel balanced and complete and we are able to cope with the various situations we face every day.
Human beings are creatures in search of a meaning as Viktor Frankl noted "A man in search of a meaning."
If we take this reflection in the business sphere, we can affirm that it is the purpose that makes us remain firm in our project even when the situation becomes difficult. Without this purpose, each project is destined for slow agony. Why do we do what we do? Why have I decided to start my project?
There is the seed of our success or failure, there is the most important question to answer before starting such an important and challenging path. And you, why do you want to create your own business?
