Summary
The objective of this document is to encourage people to exploit their creativity to undertake and not always depend on the offer that is in the labor market. We will start by clarifying what creativity is, which is the ability to create according to the Royal Spanish Academy and that every human being possesses by nature, it is worth mentioning that not only creativity is important for entrepreneurship but also an entrepreneurial spirit that encourages assuming the risk of not only jumping into the world of work to be an employee, but to be an employer, entrepreneur, inventor. This document provides some practical tools proposed by Soy Entrepreneur magazine to develop creativity and anticipate to detect the desires and needs of human beings to make life easier.

1. Introduction
In this document we will talk about creativity, some definitions for example from the Royal Spanish Academy, the Encyclopedia of Ocean Psychopedagogy and some modern authors to delve into the subject, starting from this we will describe what creativity is and we will give an approach to businesses, such as making money by being creative, this with the main objective of sowing a seed in people to undertake and not depend only on enslaving jobs, but to exhort people to dare to take the risk of developing new business ideas using your creativity. This ability is the most beautiful since thanks to it the evolution of humanity has taken place, and our lives have been facilitated,making simpler procedures to resolve conflicts or products that reduce the effort of certain tasks, whether at home, at school or at work.
2. Background
Creativity is one of our abilities that we possess as people, it has existed since the beginning of human beings on earth and we could say that it is one of the most beautiful and useful abilities for man. Thanks to this, the evolution of man has been given rise and the great inventions that have increasingly facilitated our way of life, these advances have been hunting tools as it was in primitive times or electronic gadgets today. like the new tablets to name a few. However, it had not always been given a concept as such; As time has passed, studies have been carried out and that is how the concept of "creativity" was given, thanks to different contributions made by different authors in recent centuries. Mentioned the above;We will start by reviewing some definitions of creativity to delve into the subject and learn more about what it is about; We will start with the definitions that are in the Dictionary of the Royal Academy, the Encyclopedia of Psychopedagogy. According to the Dictionary of the Royal Academy of the Spanish Language, the word "creativity" is defined as "the ability to create, the ability to create" (Royal Spanish Academy 2001, 22nd edition). It is important to note that creating is important since it allows us to develop ideas other than stereotypes. From the point of view of psychology, "Willingness to create that exists in a potential state in every individual and at all ages" (Ocean Psychopedagogy Encyclopedia 1998). It is worth mentioning that this ability is within each of us,at different levels and / or of expression and ways of communicating such as the arts, music, products, painting, etc.; but surely we all have it. By focusing on the business world, creativity is an important tool as it helps us make innovative products and services; It is important to highlight that for this we must develop it, open our mind and have a vision of where we want to go. 3. Development
"The limits that people, companies and organizations have to achieve success are determined by their attachment to reproducing patterns" (Herrera and Brown 2006). As the authors well mention, people tend to repeat what is transmitted to us by past generations, even the methods used by "the neighbor" call country, friends, family, teachers, etc. On the other hand we have the author of the Rich Dad book, Poor Dad that there are 2 ways of thinking; Firstly, it tells us that the poor mentality is the one who dreams of winning the lottery, and hoping that the government, family and social security will take care of them and people who think richly, who invest, develop new ideas. Which seems true to me, since one always conforms to the salary offered by the large and enslaving companies,And thinking about being independent is like a great challenge and therefore they do not try, they do not dare to undertake.
“Today's world offers limited employment alternatives. This makes the development of the entrepreneurial spirit more necessary for the generation of employment and the creation of companies ”(Herrera and Brown 2006). Starting from this quote, although it says the work environment is increasingly difficult and therefore more and more vacancies are scarce, and who would like to be a millionaire or earn what one wants without enslaving in a job? Without a doubt we would all like it, that is why creativity plays an important role as it is the starting point to create something different from what already exists and break paradigms. To achieve a competitive advantage it is necessary to unlock new ideas, therefore creativity will be the mainstay to stand out, however you have to learn to develop it.It is then that we see the importance of being creative and risking breaking the mold. In the XXI century there are great entrepreneurs, one of my favorites is Steve Jobs, because he has been an outstanding inventor along with his products. Why reduce our income options to a job? We can focus on developing business ideas, no matter if they are simple, small, big or complex, the biggest challenge is daring to do it; no matter how old you are, the main thing is to have the vision, an idea, and will. However, the ideal is that from student life we begin to seriously think about what we will do in working life, if you want to be an owner or an employee; you have to want to do it with passion.First, we must work on creativity since through it we will be able to create something different that distinguishes us from the rest; 3 games are suggested; the first is to mix and match, “What two products could you put together to create a new one? Do not be afraid of the unusual… ", the second game is to solve it" Get in tune with the world around you and question everything… Identify the problems and start throwing solutions. Many entrepreneurs and inventors work like this. " And finally, what would happen if…? “… Don't be afraid to let your mind wander and dream. What would you really like to be possible? " (Key 2013), this author proposes that these three games help us to be more creative, listen to the environment and think about how to make people's lives easier or more comfortable.Of course, the work does not end there, but what this author proposes is a practical way to start exercising it; However, we ourselves tend to block them as for example we usually feel fear, disbelief, lack of motivation or stimulation, according to experts these may be some barriers, based on this; It is true and we should not because we have those feelings, we must be positive and above all believe in it. Throughout our lives we surround ourselves with people who we want or do not influence our decisions, the ideal is that we listen to ourselves. Once we have worked on our creativity and the idea, we must take into account that one of the main complements to carry out our creation is the entrepreneurial spirit. The entrepreneur can be anyone,and has characteristics such as knowing how to work in a team, leadership, vision and of course, being creative. Although we know that entrepreneurship does not give us the certainty that we will do well, but why not try? Do you keep wondering why be creative? The reason is that by thinking creatively, you could be one of those great entrepreneurs of our times, be your boss, be different and outstanding in the market, by breaking paradigms and not imitating molds that others had already produced; which also allows you to be your own boss; Undertaking can be a large or small project, like us university students in the administration program, putting together business plans with innovative ideas; But this is not exclusive to our career, but to anyone who so wishes.Generating income with creativity can be relatively simple if we have an open mind and an entrepreneurial spirit; We must emphasize that the stimulation of creativity can occur within the classrooms, however they are not the objective of education; but to transmit the knowledge to us and start from them together with our imagination to develop inventions that help us simplify life, it is not necessary to be the smartest in the classroom, nor to be an artist, but to be creative, know, read, be curious, energy, and knowing how to detect the desires and needs of other people; that is what gives us the opportunity to anticipate and gain a competitive advantage. It is important that we have this initiative to be producers of ideas, to generate a plus for products and anticipate needs,And it is also extremely important to change our mentality, not wanting to graduate from university or any school level and employ ourselves for a low-paid salary; It is about thinking big, believing in ourselves and believing that we are producers, the complexity of the idea does not matter, but rather doing it differently, because that is how innovation is created, of differentiation.
4. Conclusion
Creativity has been a human ability since its inception, however it has not always been known as such; On the other hand, the facts speak for themselves, let us remember that creativity is the ability to create, it has helped us to evolve and make our lives easier because thanks to it are the great discoveries that have undoubtedly marked the existence of man., to mention a few inventions from primitive times: hunting tools, the light bulb, television, etc. and that thanks to creativity we continue to evolve because these inventions have been improved or paradigms have been broken. As we saw, creativity not only occurs in classrooms, but it has to be developed by our own curiosity, to the extent that we want it, it will develop.
In general, the mentality of people is directed towards how to be employed within a large company, without having the option to undertake. Although we know the undertaking of an idea is not easy at all, however developing creativity gives us certain benefits within the field of business such as a competitive advantage, originality, anticipation of the needs and desires of human beings and innovation. We must emphasize that undertaking is not an easy path, but rather a difficult one, but something we must take into account before doing is taking risks, having an open mind to any alternative, the spirit of undertaking, vision and above all credulity in the idea and positivity in oneself. At present we have seen several cases of innovation and that have been extremely revolutionary such as the Apple brand,Steve Jobs always believed in his idea, whatever happened, he assumed the risks of not imitating molds that had already been produced, but of creating something new.
