Human thought has an infinite range of possibilities, sometimes these aspects do not have an adequate guide to achieve the results we want to obtain. "Six Thinking Hats" by Doctor De Bono provides us with a great tool that helps us establish positions in the mind and guide it towards what.

Under the premise that each position represented with a different colored hat installs anchors in the mind that help us to focus on what we want to obtain within the indicated context. Through them, the actions to be taken in a variety of situations that we face in daily life and at any level are established, be it family, work, cultural or other.

By establishing the hat that we want to use in each situation, we can generate chemical reactions in the brain to be able to solve each context according to specific needs.
