INTRODUCTION

Today there is a large set of information that is generated at every moment, it is enough to see how social networks influence many sides when seeing the information that is in them, in the same way this information flows through organizations which also generate great quantity of information and at the same time they are in constant search of more information both for making their decisions as well as for the improvement of their human resources and other elements that make it up.

However, like the information that travels over the internet and through social networks, this information that organizations generate is not all of great weight and very useful, that is why it is important to know how to distinguish between real, truthful and deep information information lacking all of the above.

The term fuzzy information is not a term coined yet, but even so we can say that it is what we try to talk about in this article about how there is diffuse information which biases us when it comes to making wise decisions or when to interpret important data.

In this article we will be able to gradually develop how information is handled and how this term of diffuse information arises and the importance it has when making decisions in organizations.

The term diffuse information itself is not yet stipulated in the RAE or somewhere that defines it as it is, however by making a play on words with what the word information is and what the word diffuse is we can create our own own concept to start from it and analyze the rest of its content.

The main objective of the information is to be able to change the state of knowledge or the way of thinking of an individual with respect to a certain phenomenon or issue, everything that will influence their actions, attitudes or decisions that are made from obtaining the information. new information. Part of the fundamental characteristics of the information is that it must be useful, because, based on it, an individual or organization will determine their way of perceiving a situation. The information must be valid or current, it must also be reliable as it must be able to be confirmed.

If organizations want to increase their competitiveness in the market and be able to be strong contenders in it, they must obtain information that allows them to obtain a certain competitive advantage, however, during this obtaining of information, diffuse information is also obtained, that is why that organizations should know how to handle this type of information.
