Surely you saw or found out what happened in the recent Gold Cup. Mexico loses by winning, yes, a curious thing but that's the way it is… It also happens to us too often within our company. We would rather enforce our law than do the right thing, which creates anger and a lack of credibility.

Every day we face moments of truth before our internal and external clients that force us to make decisions. Our position as leaders depends on their quality, and with this we place ourselves on a plane, which allows us to position ourselves as people with a high level of influence or we lose all possible credibility, showing the world our level of incompetence.

Rather than criticize the poor performance of the National Soccer Team of our country, I am about to make an analysis of the moment when "not doing the right thing". Mexico loses credibility with the whole world. I have stated on some occasions that in some moments, "losing gives you win" and this example of what happened can also be used to make an analogy of what happens inside our companies, in front of our collaborators, and even worse abroad of our business in front of customers.
