Many coaches, consultants, or freelancers ask, "How am I going to help my clients if I haven't solved my own problems myself?" They do not give themselves permission to expand their businesses, because they do not feel 100% prepared. Learn 3 different ways you can make a difference today, even if you're just starting your business.

Do you question your ability to impact the lives of other people, because you yourself still have so much to solve in your own life?

Welcome to the club! It happens to most women entrepreneurs who are coaches, consultants, therapists, or freelancers.

They have this huge desire to help others, but they don't feel 100% qualified, because they are still dealing with so many unfinished business in their own lives.

"Who do you think you are to do this?" Is the inner voice that torments them and leads them to withdraw when - on the contrary - they should advance with boldness and determination to bravely claim the place that God has for them.

I wouldn't have my business or be writing this if I had listened to that voice! My life was far from perfect when I started my business seven years ago, and I still have a lot to learn!

What helped me a lot is what one of my dear mentors taught me:

"A soccer coach is not an expert in playing soccer, he is an expert in helping others to play soccer."

It is true that the years give you experience and that gives you the ability to better help your clients, but you will never be perfect!

It is something I learned from homeschooling our four children. At first I was overwhelmed, because I thought I had to be a scholar in all branches of the school, and that for different levels of courses. Impossible!

God showed me that I didn't have to know everything. I only had to be a step or two ahead of my children. Simple!

That made my task so much easier, because I understood that my role as their leader went so much further than contributing my knowledge and experiences.

1. You deliver inspiration

Only by positioning yourself as a leader, you are already motivating others who will identify with your message, since they also believe the same as you, but they did not dare to open their mouths. This world needs leaders like you, who speak up and say what needs to be said!

2. You are in front of them

You will always know "something" more than your followers. My children did not know that I, every night, took out my American homeschooling books, to prepare the next day of activities with them, since I had no idea what I was going to do with them! Guess what? They learned wonderfully with this method.

3. You create a space

As a leader, you create space for others to grow. It can be a course, a workshop, or a program. Even if you are just starting out, only this fact will allow others to grow, and you will be the one who made the difference in their lives.

If you feel called to be an agent of change in this world and want to lead others towards a powerful transformation in their lives, but you have not dared to do it because you do not feel prepared, I have good news for you:

You are ready today!

To feel whole with yourself and with others, putting what you preach into practice, you don't need to be perfect.

You just need to be willing to take your position as the change agent that you are, and to work hard and passionately on your mission.
