In the organization chart you define the jobs with their tasks and responsibilities, the organization of the lines of authority, communication and coordination between units, among others. It also defines the requirements, qualities and knowledge that each position demands, in addition to the improvement or training needs of the operators or workers, the training or formation plans in relation to the needs of positions and workers, and finally the necessary communications.

3. Address

In this step, planning and organization are put into action. Control is to verify that what is being done is in accordance with what is planned, directed at the objectives and through the proposed programs. The management of money, time, quality, worker performance, maintenance, inventories, etc. must be controlled.

To control you need to have information and that information can be obtained from the planning stage, in the design of the work program. Equally, observation is a good method of control. Finally, the evaluation allows you to take advantage of what has been done in a longer period of time, by knowing what your weaknesses and strengths are and the main thing, to verify if the objectives were met and if the goals were reached.
