The training of the professional does not begin in the classroom, from an early age we are promoted values that over time we assimilate and take as a way of life.
The learning of theoretical knowledge that the individual as a future professional receives, is essential for the correct performance of their functions.
A solid base of knowledge gives the professional the certainty of their actions.
But it is not everything, it requires having enough maturity to combine your skills and abilities with a set of moral values.
A complete professional is one who develops his daily activities, without forgetting prudence, self-government, strength and justice.
Prudence by being authentic, able to weigh and prioritize the important aspects of life, leaving aside the superfluous.
Self-government to carry out their daily tasks showing empathy towards others, having the necessary studiousness while remaining humble and generous.
Show strength by being loyal, responsible, having patience and resistance to work without forgetting enthusiasm. Finally, be fair, show respect for yourself, your peers and your environment.
As professionals that we are, we must not forget the moral values in our daily actions. They are part of oneself, it is impossible to think that by ignoring them we will achieve success in our profession.
