To achieve success, companies must provide their human capital with constant training of excellence, in order to be always technologically updated so that they can adapt to the new changes of this new era that is primarily technology and constantly changes.
Abstract

Technological innovation in organizations

This definition can be considered as new creative ideas that add efficient values that generate positive results for the entire organization and that can be executed and implemented within the organization.

So we can say that technology is a tool that allows us to innovate, which is the same to turn an idea into a fact.
Innovation in technology within companies is considered a singular need for competitiveness, since through this, sufficiencies are generated that allow the company to develop competence.
A clear example is that today, many companies handle large amounts of information, which sometimes is not processed or managed in the best way, which brings many problems for the organization.
The incorporation of new technologies today has been of great help for many companies and organizations since they are based on most of the activities in this type of tools, since their use has allowed the systematization of a large part of their operations, as well how to efficiently manage all the processes generated from within, so it brings multiple benefits, which positively impact the decision-making process and increase the productivity of the organization itself.
The problem that many companies present is regarding the control of the goods and resources coming from it and the timely management of their processes.
Innovation in technology within an organization helps to facilitate work in a fast and effective way, having the entire process in order, with quick access and without many complications, that is why technological innovation helps the operation of the activities that are perform in a company, having a better organization as well as a timely and adequate control of each process.
