Strategic management is used as an interesting alternative in organizations worldwide, for this it is important to develop a strategic process in which the strategies to be developed are formulated, implemented and evaluated at specific terms, depending on the context in which a specific organization is found, it is important to clarify that these administrative principles are aimed at achieving organizational success, thus facing the various changes in all contexts that can affect companies and society, these actions will allow a competitive advantage and distinction with skills. Companies can be producers of goods or services or government, where appropriate.Government agencies in our country currently suffer from problems in the administrative planning stage.The health system in Mexico widely needs strategies with a focus on continuous improvement in the care of its users and a sustainable management of its financial, material and human resources. Actions with a sustainability orientation in economic, social, environmental and health aspects can be an alternative in this current situation, anticipating the uncertain future that threatens us.

Introduction

Currently, the world presents constant changes that force us to be inclusive in many social, economic, political and environmental areas, however, there are alternatives through which in an organized way it is possible to cope with changes, especially those that are somewhat unfavorable, In this sense, reference is made to organizational strategic management as an alternative that companies can implement through strategic planning aimed at continuous improvement, where a teamwork environment is generated through a business management whose characteristics must always be directed towards inclusion, collaboration and generation of ideas in favor of social welfare.

It should be noted that currently worldwide, there are daily events that affect various societies, in our country and in our entity changes are taking place, which is important to face them responsibly in search of problem solving.

The companies in our country, especially the governmental ones such as the health secretariat present a series of irregularities at the organizational level and it is important to be able to generate alternatives for improvement anticipating the changes that are approaching, it is important to determine actions aimed at competitive advantage in the item through the search in the satisfaction of the needs of the users.

In this essay, a series of concepts are disclosed that include strategic planning as an alternative leading to business success, organizational contexts and a contribution to the current situation in health systems in Mexico.

Development

Strategic management today is undoubtedly at the organizational level a key element for success in business actions, whether in the production of goods or services. The benefits will be given to the extent that an efficient administrative process is carried out, which consists of a series of stages such as: formulation of strategies for the situation or context of our organization, in this phase the vision and mission are designed organizational, in addition to detecting threats, weaknesses, strengths and generating opportunities; subsequently, the implementation of selected strategies, at this time the objectives to follow, policies, motivational actions, strategic practices, marketing,budgets and performance of the strategy organization and finally the evaluation process in which a balance or analysis is basically carried out to see if the implemented actions are being useful.

These aforementioned elements will have effective results in certain terms, as long as everything planned is carried out, strategically what counts are the actions, that is, the implementation of everything that has been planned, it will be useless to hold meetings or withdrawals if there is no follow-up to the launch.

In the current context, the entire business and / or organizational world must clearly take into account that the world is in constant change and understand that this is a constant variable.Within current situations that induce us to change are globalization and electronic commerce; In the national context, we could mention the lack of development, unemployment, structural reforms implemented by the federal government in all sectors, including, of course, health, education, and agriculture; At the local level, in Chiapas, the great cultural diversity, manifestations of social organizations and the epidemiological problem of Zika and Chikungunya, that is why it is necessary to carry out actions related to the needs of the clients to be treated, analyzing these fundamental points of our today, in this way following these considerations,It could be said that there is a high probability of reaching a competitive advantage, which is ideal for the fruits of success to be hunted in favor of our organizational strategic plan.

To a large extent, for a strategic planning to be fully developed, it is important to take into account the leadership in our organization, the managers must be from the business point of view those who take the initiative towards the growth of the company with leadership ideals, that is why that, the strategist in a company must present a series of skills such as the inclusion of all personnel for participation in the generation of ideas, the responsibility of success or failure depends on the manager (s), a manager must implement a considerable degree intuition, since it is well known that there are many companies that, thanks to the intuitive intelligence of their members, have supported their field.

Within a classification of organizations we could mention that there are those for the production of goods and services and include government companies. In Mexico we live to this day with a lag that should be mentioned, especially in government systems, there are deficiencies, a key element that undermines the objectives, I mean the lack of attention and analysis of customer needs, Without a doubt, a company remains thanks to the preferences of the clients, it is unfortunate that this detail is getting out of hand, it is necessary to take into account that many changes are coming and that we must be alert to find the solution and achieve the satisfaction of the needs of the users of public services.

In the field of health systems in our country, there are deficiencies such as the misuse of budgets, the action plans are usually not congruent, there is no teamwork among the staff for the joint care of the users, emphasis is placed on the creation of infrastructure for a second level of care, knowing that primary prevention can be based on experiences from other countries. alternative to the eradication or control of many diseases, together with all these internal aspects and depending on the context in which we find ourselves, a structural reform is coming that aims to make changes in the economic and financial management according to the needs and benefit of all users of the public health service, in this sense some specialists reveal some negative and positive factors of this reform, that is why from my perspective,Seeing that this is a phenomenon of latent change, it is urgent to formulate and implement strategies to develop improvements in services for people in the public service, this will be developed through the aforementioned context in which we live, to develop a strategic planning and the implementation of the latter.

Conclusions

It is important to make an analysis of the situations of the organizations, in addition, to take into account that carrying out strategic plans as alternatives for organizational improvement can be the beginning of solutions to problems. The correct implementation of leadership actions in health systems together with the aforementioned will allow, from my perspective, an improvement in the quality of health services in our country and in the entity, which will be reflected in the satisfaction of the users when receiving services, therefore there will be greater participation in the role of service members (service providers, clients, managers) and the economy will be favored. It is important to take measures aimed at sustainable development in strategic implementations,In this way, a balance can be appreciated at the social, economic, environmental and health levels.
