The word "Holistic" comes from the Greek "holos", to give meaning of: everything, whole, complete, integral, organized.

The conceptual framework of a "holistic company", part of the "systemic thinking" that proposes the use of tools and knowledge in order to take a "look at the total patterns", so that the proposal of solutions is more clear.

That is to say, the approach of the general theory of systems proposes the understanding, in a totalized way, of the functions of an organization, which must be seen as a "whole", simultaneously understanding the "independence of the parts".

The holistic concept is based on the philosophical position that ensures that all aspects must be analyzed and understood according to their organic and integrating unity and not only according to their parts.

Holistic thinking in the company requires an attitude of openness to events, contexts, ideas and situations, relating and integrating experiences, knowledge, different interpretations and deductions.

That is, the treatment of the «holos» in the organization requires the establishment of a «synergistic action», the product of relating these different aspects that produce different and more advantageous effects, than in the performance of these aspects individually.

This is applicable to the actions of the human being and, especially, to the work groups or teams; to give consistency to the phrase "unity is by force", managing to articulate in an agile and comfortable way their intelligence and personalities.

For the understanding of all types of analysis, it is necessary to consider the "holos", that is, the totality of the circumstance, interpreting it at the same time and within the same context, from the multiple "relationships" or interactions that determine that "everything" (culture, language, values, relationships).

This is what has been called "Syntagma", which constitutes the unity or integration of experiences and knowledge, which when related, give rise to a broad understanding of this analyzed circumstance, subject to context and relationships.

A company or organization must be open to multidisciplinary understandings, based on shared leadership that stimulates the participation of the managerial sectors that are oriented to visualize the system, the structure, the company, etc. (the “holos”) in its broadest sense and in relation to other contexts and projections, for decision-making with an open vision.

Remember that the Client is also part of the "holos".
