Information will end up being not only a resource but the very essence of the company (Martín, 1995).

Information originates and flows within the company and can be used as a resource for the use, management and scope of its success, in coordination with traditional resources (material, economic, human and financial)

Many companies only come to consider information as a support in the fight to achieve optimization and reach of their successes. Information is a resource that cannot be felt, which is why many companies have made the serious mistake of not giving information the importance it deserves. Perhaps this is due to the fact that their performance and results are not physically and individually manifested, but nevertheless the information contributes to a large part of the success obtained in the company and the serious error lies in the fact that the information is excluded from the success achieved in it.. According to (Hornos, Araque and Abad, 1998: 185): Information also produces returns since it has the mission of informing, revealing alternatives, reducing uncertainties and revealing solutions among other things

Information is another strategic resource of the company. The company's personnel, material and economic means are considered its resources because they generate returns, that is, they are productive. Information for some researchers is also considered as a resource, perhaps not tangible but essential to solve problems that arise in companies as well as for decision making.

In conclusion, "information is power", when a company at certain times finds itself in critical or decision-making situations, it is forced to resort to the information it has, that is where the power of information lies to take the most optimal attitude for the company.

Any company that makes the best use of this resource (information) as well as uses its traditional resources (human, material, economic and financial) will be destined to obtain success more immediately and avoid a series of conflicts in the way to achieve it.

When companies give the same value to the information resource as that of human resources (mention this because most companies give this resource more importance), that will be the day they will find the key to take it decision making is no longer an uncertainty and each decision becomes a security for success.
