Some characteristics may be: beliefs, myths, customs, their religions and values, which are repeated in each generation, all this is found in the formation of each of the individuals who together create a society, currently companies are they say they are incorporating a culture.

In some cases, companies tend to have vague criteria regarding the responsibility they have as an organization to take into account the environment and how to contribute to social development, for this reason it will be investigated in terms of social responsibility.

I am going to develop the subject of organizational culture from the concept of social responsibility as the primary focus on the content, in this way I will analyze those characteristics on which the way of acting of individuals is based in terms of responsibilities that come to exercise before society and the environment.

On the other hand, I will analyze the social responsibilities of the organization.

It is considered the accumulation of values ​​that integrate individuals to carry out social tasks that can contribute to the growth of the environment or the development of the society in which they live.

All human beings are part of a society in which individual actions that provide sufficient elements to care for it have to be used, as well as creating conscious and committed people who are capable of facing any type of anomaly that in a future may have an impact on their environment.

For all this, people must have a broad and mature sense of responsibility. At present, people tend to neglect these aspects of great importance, the consequence of which is to disorient and lead to a lack of commitment and awareness in individuals as well as the neglect of the environment as well as of society.

The sense of responsibility of people is based on the values ​​and beliefs that one has, for this they must go through an adequate learning process in their personal life, which ranges from childhood through adolescence until reaching adulthood.

Having an individual with values ​​such as honesty, responsibility, kindness, etc., makes them proactive people contributing to society effectively.

Within social groups, it is found that each individual must possess certain faculties to be able to collaborate together, both their origin and their reason for being must be known, as well as sustaining the commitment to comply with the responsibilities that have been assigned, in this way the person will be allowed to obtain a positive and inspiring sense of belonging. Individuals will exercise their responsibilities based on their culture and personal motivations, taking into account that they should not affect the personal interests or well-being of third parties. Members of social groups should be people whose culture should include the protection and care of the environment, since we all belong to it and as a society it is our responsibility to set a good example to other people.

Organizations that neglect their social responsibilities tend to have a poor culture and train workers with low expectations of growth in the company in which they are located.

On the other hand, organizations that are formed through firm foundations, values ​​and clear objectives in their organizational culture are those that will have a better development at the business level, as well as having a positive image inside and outside the organization, this for means of their values ​​such as responsibility, honesty, These companies positively contribute well-being to society, since they have high levels of health and quality at the time of making their products, all this helps to minimize atmospheric deterioration as well as contamination of the land and air.
