The problem in health aspects in our country is currently worrisome, the high rates of diseases of different types and the emerging presence of epidemiological outbreaks keep health systems with concerns about how to solve such problems. The sustainable health program is considered as an alternative for change and improvement in health conditions for Mexican society. In this essay we present our experience in the strategic implementation of a sustainable health program in the town of Álvaro Obregón, municipality of El Bosque in the state of Chiapas. The users carried out sanitation actions and participated in an organized and comprehensive manner towards the knowledge of a current context in health, food, environment, economy and politics. Public health servants and users by participating together in a first level of health care can solve problems through the generation of strategies to have better lifestyles today and for the future.

Introduction.

The changes that afflict our country and our region require urgent actions in order to improve and anticipate an uncertain future in all related contexts in our lives. The development of strategies for the purposes of participatory actions and integration are usually very interesting alternatives in order to seek the satisfaction of our needs.

A sustainable health program is a strategic alternative aimed at the continuous improvement of the lifestyles of localities or regions with opportunities and visions of change, this is achieved with the participation of health systems and users through improvement actions. of health, environment, food-nutrition and economy.

In Mexico there are a large number of marginalized localities that live in economic situations of poverty where unsuitable health conditions prevail, we could consider the above mentioned as weaknesses that arise in the context of our society, however, it presents great opportunities that can be generated with actions through the continuous and comprehensive participation of the localities.

That is why in this work we present our experience in the town of Álvaro Obregón, municipality of El Bosque in the state of Chiapas of the design of the sustainable health program as a strategic alternative in improving the quality of life through actions of first level of health care.

Development.

In the context in which we live today, we dare to mention that health is a good which presents situations that keep the whole society with a high degree of uncertainty since the changes that are approaching in our country about services health systems will definitely affect in one way or another the health system in Mexico, firstly the health systems as an organization and in a general framework the entire Mexican society, that is why it is vitally important that they be planned and generated strategies aimed at changing and improving living conditions in localities, neighborhoods and cities in the state of Chiapas and having that vision at the national level.

Actions to change lifestyles to improve are truly complicated, since we are not used to working in an organized and comprehensive way, we live in a society with mixed feelings in which social relationships are greatly affected.

In this sense, we consider that carrying out a strategy of change starting first at a personal level, then at a work level and finally at a social level will allow continuous participation in search of more comprehensive alternatives to achieve the objectives and goals that we set ourselves. develop.

Health systems need the continuous comprehensive participation of both users and health personnel in medical units.

It should be noted that health systems consist of three levels of care (primary, secondary and tertiary care); prevention and health promotion actions are carried out in primary care; In secondary care, timely diagnostic and treatment actions are carried out, and in tertiary care, recovery and rehabilitation processes are carried out. As an analysis of the three levels of care, it is important to clarify that many diseases that are treated at levels 2 and 3 could be prevented, that is, it is very important to say that the first level of care plays a very important role. important in the sense that it is an opportunity in view of obtaining satisfactory health states today and in the future. The first level of care denotes opportunities for change and is therefore the ideal space to propose strategies that give us better lifestyles.

Currently in our country there are a series of manifestations in all senses that relate man to his state of health, we refer to social phenomena, manifestations of changes in the weather and climate in different cities of the country and without leaving behind the epidemiological and emerging outbreaks of diseases that previously did not occur in Mexico, such as Zika, Chikungunya and the cases of Influenza. These situations that are presented to us to this day are more than enough to provide alternatives for improvement, an alternative that we propose is the implementation of strategic programs aimed at the rational management of resources in a locality, working and taking into account the first level of health care, that is, when carrying out prevention and health promotion actions but with a view from a sustainability context,Through this program it is intended that users maintain a continuous, comprehensive and organized participation in caring for the environment in their locality, in this sense the process of awareness must be constant, the integration of work with members of the health system in the first level of care and the users working with the available resources will allow people to learn to manifest care experiences with ideal lifestyles in the future. From our perspective, the main actions in a sustainable health program are the implementation of sanitation, proper management of natural resources, use of renewable alternatives, food and nutrition, and the management of financial resources. Based on the above,In this work we implement a strategy of a sustainable health program directed to an indigenous town (Álvaro Obregón) belonging to the municipality of El Bosque in the state of Chiapas, in that place a training for users of the UMR was developed as a strategic plan (rural medical unit) IMSS-PROSPERA, in addition, integration and inclusion in active participation in sanitation actions was implemented, the importance of lifestyles in terms of food and the environment was retaken and the current context in our country and region was framed in health, economy, food, environment and politics. In that place, training for users of the UMR (rural medical unit) IMSS-PROSPERA was developed as a strategic plan, in addition, integration and inclusion in active participation in sanitation actions was implemented, the importance of the styles of life as food and environment and the current context in our country and region in health, economy, food, environment and politics was framed.

Conclusions

The alternative that we propose turned out to be very appropriate and of utmost importance for the people of the indigenous community in which the strategic operations were carried out, since we observed a total commitment to participation in an organized manner to carry out preventive actions constantly in the locality. We clarified in advance that the locality did not participate in its entirety, however, this was not an inconvenience for carrying out the strategies of the sustainable health program. There are many weaknesses, but there are also opportunities that through this program can be implemented for medical units, therefore, we make the proposal as an alternative, seeking improvement and efficiency in lifestyles, especially for marginalized localities and of low resources in our country, thus obtaining an integral, motivational and functional development in the health systems in relation to the users of the services.
