What is a network?
It is a cooperative environment that allows and favors the flow of information. The network is formed when two or more people interact to exchange information and thus advance in the development of their work.

Work network
It is the next step in the natural development of work as there is information exchange. The recognition of common interests and related areas of ministry results in the identification of a unifying purpose and the establishment of a Network.
The work group, the neighborhood, families and friends constitute networks of real personal exchange, as well as contexts of belonging and construction and exchange of meanings for the people who participate in such groups.
“In all the ancient tribal societies, simpler and more primitive, the tribe was concerned with solving the existential problems of its members. Amerindians, Hawaiians, African tribes, Eskimos, and others still turn to the healer as a source of social support to solve personal problems. (Speck and Attenave, p. 24) “.
The networks account for the way in which social relationships are established, which correspond to a network of actions, meanings and emotions between individual and collective subjects.
In other words, networks are present in organizations, groups and territories, and do not necessarily coincide with what has been instituted.
Networks as a working method
The notion of a network is not an objective in itself, but is, as a metaphor, part of a methodology for action that allows maintaining, expanding or creating desirable alternatives for the members of a social organization.
The notion of network is an invitation to see oneself as a responsible and thoughtful participant, and not as the social object of a human mass.
